A great video. The tailor he refers to at the walfrid statue is pat Welsh, who was an IRB man on the run after the Fenian Uprising. Willie maleys father was a British soldier who let him escape to Scotland. The pair kept in touch and Welsh was then responsible for bringing Willie maley to the club. An amazing story

@@tommyhughes495 I took my now wife and our friend into bairds pre game and it was like a scene from the the godfather in main room at top table with lads from an Irish group ahem they were shocked we were through the other side but were amazed at the atmosphere even pre game, went over to hoops bar after it and thier minds were blown and then the approach to stadium the size of it and all the supporters walking up singing just filled them with awe. One said it made the riverside (boro fan) from boro riverside at over 30k felt tiny has been to Wembley, Stamford bridge, Anfield and old Trafford and she says nothing come close.

Used to live in Dennistoun with my daughter, she was baptised and made her confirmation in St Mary’s we where there every weekend before we moved to Clydebank… this is such a great cause to the community outside of football. Walking down the aisle with the station of the cross is epic imagery … well done to all 🍀

Providing the board provides resources needed everything will be fine . But we are miles off Europe at present . Let’s be honest guys doing ok against inferior opposition dosent mean they are the answer .. . We are probably three or four quality starters off being a good team , a blind man could see it .. if we don’t show proper commitment to transfers it will be the same old story . Rude awakening when we are schooled in Europe and that’s when everyone turns and shouts we are a disgrace .
