This is something new but it feels so familiar. Rainbow colours have always been something special to me. A child of the 70's and 80's rainbows were everywhere and I always attached something magical to them. I have been looking forword to Monday and Friday updates/meditations with Tim for years now. My very favorite intuition game I play read the energy around myself before I listen. As I was preparing for my day before this meditation all I could feel was this child like cap being placed on my back with vertical strips of color. I an giggling telling myself ok I guess I am rocking a cap of color today. Then I listen to todays recording and just starting smiling. Thank you Tim for all you do 😂

Thank you Tim. This isn’t a personal criticism as so many KZbin people are doing this…to get people in a relaxed and open state and then advertise your workshops is pretty unethical. Some of my teachers in the yoga and yoga Nidra field have spoken a lot about this. Really any advertising needs to be done at the start or even separate from a meditation video.
