I just discovered your channel about two weeks ago and I wish I'd found it sooner. Your lessons, combined with locations and Bible history are priceless to me. I've often read the story of the Good Samaritan and visualized some random desert road in my mind, but I never imagined anything like that long winding treacherous road. What a scary place to walk, especially alone. I have a whole new appreciation for this parable after having seen this video. Thank you so much for sharing your videos with us. Regarding the last part of the video. Who decides when a person is in need or lazy? So many things could have gone wrong in ones life and you could look fine but be so broken that not only are you in spiritual need but in need in general. Its also said in the bible that if someone asks you should give them. I didnt know Jerusalem was on a big hill. Good video

This was much needed in my life. For there are many around me who I am helping who are lazy and I do want to get something for free. They are on thankful and unappreciative and they use people around the neighborhood as Pawns in a chess game. I helped them anyways because I thought that's what I was supposed to do as a good neighbor. And I've been praying. And this is my answer. Plus I think they are using the system for money so they can buy drugs. This is hard for me to believe but it's very plain to see. Even their food stamps they sell. And then call a church for food. During the covid many people took advantage that it was okay if your rent was late. I know a person who had a lot of money and made a church pay her rent just because she could get away with it. I pray for this woman because she will eventually kill herself with the life she's living. I give thanks to her monetarily and spiritually. But she is very rude and taking advantage of an elderly man now. Tomorrow I will tell her what God puts on my heart. She is not my enemy she's just doing what lost people do. And who knows if I hadn't become a Christian by the grace of God there go I. Thank you very much for this message I will let my neighbor's listen to this. It is the answer we've been waiting for. Praying for

At 26:50 an example of laziness & consequences is given, referencing 2Thes3:10. My understanding is that the epistle is admonishing them to not retire from life, waiting for Meshiah's return, which begins in chapter 2 - not that they were a lazy bunch of welfare-cases. I've been told that they were thinking there was no point on pressing forward in life, as it was all about to be set-straight by Yeshua's return. No? A good example of laziness, indifference, defeatist, surrender, ConMan & etc may be Prov 6:6-11 & 24:30-34. Those are the sorts of souls that are parasitic leeches, always taking, relying on the charitable hearts of the gullible. Those, for sure, shouldn't be helped-along.

God bless you pastor I learned a lot about myself there ..and no doubt did many others , I saw down and jew lying down sleeping it looked like in a sleeping bag , not far from Shani Hotel in which we stayed, he had the big hat and everything in black , 3 of us walked past , we shouldn't have , I dont know if he was a lazy person or if he wasnt but we should have helped him , another man was with him I dont know he had a drink of something in his hand or a phone ... which I could make reparations anyway , is there a link for homeless people in Israel ?
