This is the first time I have ever watched you, and I love the flow of it, and the chart is great. I watched it twice. Sent it to my friend who is a therapist, she will love it, and going to have my husband watch it with me. We have come a long way with meditation, and I have been working through self awareness but this visual is super helpful reference for me to recenter through out the day when needed.

I realized something around the time you released this video. All we really need for this world to prosper is to get real. Really, really real. We need to learn how to relax, all of us. How to be sincere instead of serious.

Absolutely nailed it with removing things from your life. Once I started to simplify every area of my life, life got a whole lot more simple. We're brainwashed into more, more, more. Trust me, it's all about less, less, less.😉

This was great! I find that when I’m self-sabotaging, if I stop and ask myself WHY am I doing this right now, I am usually able to recognize the trigger and step away from it. Being aware of those triggers takes work but it’s worth it.

Law of attraction works when you do the work, and face your shadow and clear those blocks. You can't just skip that step and manifest anything, it's called preparing your vessel. All these things coincide with each other.

Yes however you can get in the trap of always needing to “clear” blocks or limitations. Lately I’ve focused on one thing … BEING. Because a lifetime of doing and clearing still left me miserable 😖 so now I AM. And it’s brought me peace 🕊️

This is by far the BEST explanation I've heard about this concept! My cousin and I are constantly discussing shadow work, and she always says "your reality is you, pushed out into the universe," which has always bothered me because it doesn't address those unwanted outcomes, especially after putting in tons of work to produce a different set of outcomes. I guess the little nerd in me just needed a chart. 😂 Thank you!!

@@m.k.9405 I had a bad habit of being bad at habits until I learned about habit stacking. The main point for me is to build a new habit when I'm already up off my butt to do something else that's pretty routine. The one I'm most proud of is getting the dishes caught up immediately after eating breakfast and then I take a caffeinated beverage break. Try to pair a new habit with one that's already established and follow it with some type of harmless reward.

Facing the dark side is about being honest with yourself - what are the issues and problems that are holding you back? It's rare when someone faces their dark side and is willing to proactively work on it, because most people just don't. I want to lose weight, but I know that my habits are holding me back. I would fast, but then I wouldn't eat healthy food. I see this a lot in people, they work hard but then they let loose and everything goes back to zero.

In contrast to your ☀️ sign being the outer appearance your moon 🌙 sign is considered to be your truer self you don’t show the world, mine is Scorpio. Well that’s just one of the most mysterious and dark signs to have there especially with Gemini in my sun ☀️ and mercury and others, it’s like I have two forces opposing against each other and still MORE THAN NORMAL

I’ll teach you something way better than this: Throughout the day, narrate what you do at the 3rd person. You’ll be surprised how much that brings awareness on stupid self sabotaging behaviours and what is behind them. It works because it disengages the ego. Lookup psych term called “fusion” .. you want to go in the opposite direction. Thank me later.
