Absolutely love you Lauren you are so inspiring in so many ways I've been listening to you for over 5 months and I fell in love with it you are so real and grounded I know life isn't perfect for you where you are in South Africa is absolutely gorgeous it must be very peaceful there I love your quiet talks I love your meditations I love your podcast you are for the people and helping people have a better sense of health and mental wellness I'm a recovering addict and you have helped me to find better ways to help my mind help me to retrain my brain rescue meditation basically talking about the brick wall and the open freeway and I was hooked on it, it opened my eyes to how powerful my mind is,and I am Forever Grateful for the work you put in to make these wonderful videos and you help bring peace to so many people, thank you for taking the time and all you do to edit and make these meditations so amazing for us all, I am very very very grateful.
