Harry Potter and Neville Longbottom are born, Sirius becomes the Godfather to Harry, Voldemort sends in Snape as spy in Hogwarts (where he learns of the Prophecy that sets the whole HP story in motion AND Snape's 3way spyjob, Wormtails betrayal, James n Lily die, and Voldemort's destruction.

I was so fully invested this story. I knew the tragic outcome of Fabian and Gideon, but it was so hard to hear of their deaths. How they F & G were the forerunners of Fred & George, I heard them when Fabian or Gideon cracked jokes and actually made Mr. Constant Vigilance laugh out loud. I would like one more, like the moment Lily and James celebrate their wedding, then shortly after (separately) Lily and Alice find out they are pregnant, have Harry and Neville's birth, celebrating their first birthday, showing Lilly writing to Padfoot, ending with a knock at the door and James warmly says, "evening Professor, please come in", and end scene. Please, one more

The best part was the way Peter , who they did joke down to maybe a little too much , was seduced by Voldemort. Starting with how he “assisted” him in earlier fight by giving him power, and the way that everyone marveled & respected him right after. It was a brilliant way of telling a story as to why he made his choices

I am broken hearted right now. Though I knew it was ending I was not ready for it. Wish you guys could go on telling the Marauders’ and Snape’s stories, but at the same time I do understand that everything must come to an end at some point and that you want to move on to be able to tell other tales. Thank you for doing this. For continuing the story for as long as you did. Thank you for giving the fandom something that we have been wanting and begging for ever since the series ended. When severus received the dark mark definitely gave me the chills, my heart raced! . severus gaining power within the death eaters definitely deserves a live action movie, showing how he gained the trust of voldermort and showing what he had to go through during his time with the death eaters. The story ended at a perfect timeline from where the original harry potter series sort of started of. Its just awesome. Thank you guys, thank you so much. Snape killed Luthor. Snape killed Dumbledore. Snape served the role of Luthor. Snape faced the same situation as Luthor, with harry pointing his wand at him in Deathly Hallows. Luthor: I know Severus, you will make the right choice in the end!

How Remus go to the werewolves and will later be suspected to be the spy. And the parallels between Severus and Luthor... The professor who worked for the Deatheaters but in fact was a undercover agent. Everything leads to the original story. It broke my heart a bit when it was Sirius at the door... In 1981 it is HIM on Halloween. 😔💔 But nearly same dialogue...

I loved this series! This is absolutely canon for me, especially Luther. I love his story unfolding, his relationship with Snape, James’s proposal, Fabian and Gideon, and especially how well the whole thing fit into the canon storyline. I predicted Luther’s death but I never expected Snape to be the one to do it. JK Rowling should see this series, it’s so good! 👍🤩

Throughout this whole story Luthor resembled adult Snape, down to the voice itself, which was an extremely important touch, since it suggests that Snape proceeded to take inspiration from Luthor as he understand his choices later. I can only imagine how much it's going to be eating him alive until the end of his days; The misinterpretation, and all the chances at redemption he has been given but declined. He's had five chances to turn around and didn't because he was too far gone.

This series was beyond perfect, starting with the Severus Snape & The Marauders film. I was hoping that Snape would redeem himself in this fan fiction (he almost did in the Astronomy Tower), but I suppose showing evil he was before his turn is a better juxtaposition than having him redeemed too soon.

I wanted his tragic fall to the Death Eaters to be from a place of both irredeemable anger at James, and the betrayal he feels from Luthor, who for all intents and purposes, was trying to save him from the life he chose. But Luthor couldn't make it happen, so he felt he had to kill Snape to prevent the potion from being used. Luthor's ruthlessness to get the job done no matter the cost attributed to snape becoming truly ruthless, and the only saving grace he had left was Lily. James' bullying wasn't going to be fixed with an apology, no matter how sincere or humble. If Lily had gotten to that tower, things might have been different. I never saw Snape as evil, nor did I see him as a good person. I saw him as a deeply troubled, hurting man who chose anger and resentment as his outlet. But trying to save Lily from being killed shows he isn't truly evil. His redemption came from keeping Harry safe, ultimately at the cost of his own life. -Justin

@@broadstrokespro - I agree. Even if James completely threw himself at Severus's mercy, Severus would find a way to be angry at that. Like, "oh, great, you're going to be the martyr now, and I'm the bad guy for killing an unarmed, unprovoked man." I also liked the parts with Luthor asking Severus *why* he joined the cause, and Severus not really knowing why. I think a lot of people who join supremacist groups are like that. They are angry and want a taste of power, but are unable to give a full explanation of their feelings (beyond talking points), as they haven't really *felt* their feelings, if that makes sense.

This is the most amazing thing I've ever seen from the Harry Potter fandom! I found this just a couple days ago and holy crap! I remember when Severus Snape and the marauders was a new thing back in 2016, I didn't think the story would have a continuation! It just ties everything together so well, James character development, how they went from wild school kids to order members, how Lily ended up falling for James and marrying him, Snape joining the death eaters, you even had such a good original character holy crap! And to think, he was a double agent, I'm telling you Snape got his skills from that guy! This is, I have no words, if I didn't know better this is the official prequel series. And, a potion that can get rid of magic? OMG! The whole concept just sent chills down my spine! And I love how they were looking for the sword of Grifindore, like no way Voldemort didn't come at least a little close to finding it at some point before it eluded him. He's too resourceful! My only confusion is how Fred and George were already born at the time of this, especially at the very beginning, since they are only two years older than Harry which means James would have to be 19 and the oldest he could've been at the beginning was 18 since it took place just after he graduated. But it's just a tiny little detail. It was so good! Oh and I keep thinking of cool things about it but I love how you included how that photo was taken to! That order of the Phoenix photo, and I love seeing all the original order members being heroes! And to see James and the marauders as protagonists and in the role of your typical teenage protagonists, I love it so so much!
