I can’t afford this I have a 420p 17 inch monitor that my pc doesn’t even fit😢 I would use that monitor for my home work. I’m in 8th grade and I have to go to the library everyday.

Hi Karl, I am 13 years old. I create games for the mobile App Store and having a second monitor would help a lot with game development. Like having the editor on one side, and the actual game on the other side. I already have a 21.5 inch iMac, and the 4k monitor would go great with it. Awesome video Karl!!!

Quick note... HDR is 10bit = 1bil + colors vs 8bit/ 16mil colors. The 10 in HDR 10 refers to the nits which = 1000 nits. HDR15 = 1500 nits... HDR 20/2000 nits will be out around october

My favorite thing about using 4K monitors is the true-to-size editing capabilities. I do a lot of photo work along with my videos, so pixel peeping is a real thing. being able to ACCURATELY edit on a pixel-by-pixel basis is key. this would help IMMENSELY. Hope that you can work out something with LG and, selfishly, I hope you pick me!

I would use it for photo/video editing mostly, as a wedding photographer going from 1440p to 4K would be really nice. Also love the vids and can't wait to see the new place!

I would definitely use this monitor for my schoolwork. The usb c feature is pretty awesome for the dell xps 13, and a bigger screen is great for long hours working on schoolwork in college!

Just wondering if you still think this is the best 4K monitor you need. I've got a 32" Samsung 4K monitor and I already have to zoom in to read the small fonts (if I don't want to stick my head right up to the screen). My next monitor will definitely be a 65" 4K monitor. 4K means it has the resolution of 4 full hd screens, but if you don't have the real estate to fully show those 4 monitors, you're still not making full use of your 4K capabilities. Especially if you have to work with different windows open at the same time and want to be able to read all the information that is displayed, a 27" or even a 32" monitor is not enough.
