Volk went 5 rounds with Islam and wasn't even breathing heavy after. He actually weighed in heavier on fight night than Islam did which is crazy. For my money the greatest athlete in the history of the sport. And, as we know, he competed in Australian Rugby. I would put Cejudo or Romero over him if they had shown their cardio in 5 round fights but that isnt the case.

The proclamation thing is so interesting. It's like you said, once said out loud you'd have to make yourself accountable. But i personally don't think it works for everything. It works in your niche or vicinity. For example you said you're gonna get 1 million subscribers. I genuinely think you can get that because 1. you're doing youtube. And you're fairly on point to get it. But with something else like for example a graphic designer saying "i'm gonna become president" then i think it's less likely. But then again Joe Biden exists so who knows.
