Mate, what a bloody ride. I still can't believe you pulled it off. From bleached haired shed dweller to Praga Cup Champion. You know, us sim racers love what we do, and alot of us dreamt of being in a real race car. Alot of that comes from the times we spent with family i think, watching racing together when we were kids. To watch you get the opportunity to do it for real has been a real pleasure. Not an ounce of jealousy or envy, but a massive amount of pride from me, a random bearded person on the internet. Winning the Indy 500 on iRacing that time and seeing what it meant to you, how events coincided then and how emotional it was, you only ever really went upwards from there. It started from those times. Not 2 years ago, but all the years you put your heart and soul into turning a wheel and pressing pedals in your shed. That Indy 500 when you just turned up and showed Americans how to turn left, those endurance races, putting the hours in, starting a KZbin channel so that us ballbags can tag along on your races. You earnt every second of this. Congratulations Jimmy

Hi Jimmer. I've been watching your stuff for a few years now and I've enjoyed it greatly. Your enthusiasm for your passion is infectious, and people can sense it easily through your videos. Even for folks who don't watch racing, you're an entertaining host. I've never commented before, but I wanted to take a moment to share how much watching your transformation from sim racer to racing driver has inspired me. It's not every day that you get to watch, bit by bit, as someone makes their dreams come true before your eyes. You have a complete visual record of your ascension from shed-dweller to a championship-winning racing driver. This is no mean feat. In fact, it was a very brave thing: you not only fought hard through trials of all kinds to achieve your goals, *you placed the record of your struggle online for all to see.* All your mistakes, your flubs and your punts, your family troubles, all the obstacles were shared with us, your viewers. That kind of vulnerability is testament to your character. All this is to say: you inspire people. I wonder if you understand how much. Your journey is just beginning, and I'm grateful that I've witnessed a portion of it. Keep going. We're with you.
