Hey guys! in this video I talk about what I believe to be the greatest Jurassic Park villain that we never got to see in the actual movies. Hopefully Jurassic World 3 will change this! Now it's true that Eli Mills had a lot of this guys traits in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom but I still think that Dodgson returning to the Jurassic series would make for one AWESOME addition to the franchise! And they could utilize all of the stuff that they didn't use in The Lost World! Hope you all enjoy! :D

While Dodgson was the novel canon’s greatest villain, Mills is the film canon’s greatest villain. The T-Rex was the perfect death penalty for both of him. Mills is even slightly based off of Dodgson

Mills is underrated as a villain I think. He has some Dodgson in him and a lot of Ludlow. He’s sneaky, deceiving and cunning. Plus he’s a murderer. I think they did a great job with his role. Reminds me of a much more evil Ludlow.

John Hammond was a ruthless and cold CEO in the novel. I don't think he was far behind Dodgson in having a villainous heart. However, the movie character was a complete 180 as Hammond was cast as an endearing, compassionate soul.

I was really hoping Dodgson would be the mastermind behind the harvesting of the dinosaurs in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Mills is pretty much the novel Dodgson given a new name, but even he pales compared to than sunuvabitch. Now I do wish he is brought back for JW3 since Grant, Ellie, Malcolm and Dr Wu are all being brought back for this finale chapter, bringing things full circle. They would have to recast but honestly so much time has passed that any esteemed actor of proper age could play the character.

I always thought it would have been fitting if, after Roland realizes his elephant gun was emptied, the same T-Rex just happens to turn his head towards Nick and make him its first meal. Hey Klayton have you ever done a video about the environmental effect that the dinosaurs would have had on the islands? IE livng with the natural animals and bugs already on the islands. Also the fact that that there was fairly large groups of herbivores living on site B which their food intake and requirement would be massive. Make me wonder how they didn't strip down good chunks of the Island, because like in the US we have a unfathomable amount of white tail deer because we don't have many predators. This would also seem like the the islands in general, with low amounts of predators and massive land animals needing food. At least in that case of we do not see that many predators on the islands in the films. Thanks for the work that you do.

Dodgson was one of the best villains I have ever read.... He was nasty, crude, lying, conniving, back stabbing, murderous.... He was everything a villain should be, and his death in the book was soooooo satisfying. Often times you are given a villain that makes you sympathize with him, of get pulled into his circle, or you understand him, where he is coming from, of even fall for him. Not Dodgson. He was a class-A S.O.B. inside and out.

@@e.j5813 In the book, he was hiding under one of the electric cars that had become stuck in a puddle, hiding from a herd of dinos. Sarah Harding doesn't know he is there, and goes to see about resetting the circuit breaker under the car and finds him there. He's surprised because he thought he had killed her by throwing her off the boat on the way to the island. They hear the t-rex roar and feel the ground shaking as it approaches. It stops by the car because it can smell them. Dr. Harding braces herself against one of the tires and slowly begins to shove Dodgson out from under the car. The rex pix him up in his teeth and carries him off to the next for the babies to practice on.

Dodgson is one of all time favorite Jurassic Park villains . His additude and wanting more dinosaurs is his true color . Hiring nedry was the perfect man to work for . But i say Dodgson is the one who failed his mistake for not only trying to take the dinosaur eggs off site b but for being a big idiot after disturbing the rexs . Datsun appeared in a subsequent book where he was on the island operating some sort of sonic machine to confuse the dinosaurs. His assistant asked, what kind of dinosaur is that and he answered; "I have no fucking idea". I thought that was a pretty cool line for a guy trying to confound a dino.

I'd actually match Ludlow if you include the Redemption comics as the best villain. Though, some of the characters in Dragon Bones are also rather nasty if you do include that as a prequel to Jurassic Park (It's occasionally advertised as one despite being more of historical fiction) You know, if you're ever running low on ideas for a video, Dragon Bones is probably a great option for one anyway.

Lightman116 The semi-canon TellTale Jurassic Park The Game uses the canister as the macguffin, with one character being on Isla Nublar because she’s one of Nedry’s contacts and goes in herself to see where he got to. It changes hands a few times, but ultimately ends up irretrievable by being crushed by Rexie’s foot or in her belly.
