@@pandemicwarfare4288Nah the kids acted to dumb and it threw me out of the movie. But i admit the movie as some cool moments. The intro, the helicopter decapitating like 20 zombies😂💪🏼 The dumbest moment is to have no guards next to the only living host of the rage virus and the janitor can just walk in and get infected. That would not happen in no universe whatsoever.

I love it and have seen it a lot, but Dawn of the Dead (2004) is my favorite. I've seen both films several times. My favorite scene, however, is the opening scene in 28 Weeks Later 2007. Rober Carlyle running down that riverbank with all those infected chasing him, then the one trying to get in the boat. Scariest scene ever.

it's amazing how many people don't know the difference between zombies and the infected. You become a zombie when you're dead. You have to be dead to become a zombie while in 28 days later it's living people who become infected. Zombies can only be killed with a bullet to the head while infected from 28 days later in any way. The infected must eat to survive while the zombies do not need to eat to survive. It's like someone saying that a tiger and a lion are the same animal just because they belong to the cat family and walk on all fours. Not the same. George Romero says the same thing in 28 Days Later. He said he liked those movies, but they weren't zombies.

In the late 90s, I got bitten by a brown bat outside of Austin at a place called Hamilton pool. I waited a couple of days until I told my dad about it. He immediately took me to a hospital in Dallas where I received rabies shots. I had to go twice a week to get a shot in my arm. Two years prior, they would give you shots in your stomach. I was a waiter at a restaurant called Texas Land And Cattle in Richardson, Texas. The managers heard about my bat bite and would not let me work because they thought there might be a chance that I have rabies. A few weeks later, I got to work again.

Man, there's usually a bunch of inaccuracy in this show, but this is something special lol. You have weeks to months to get rabies treated after being bitten or exposed before the symptoms kick in a the mortality rate is super high. It's the reason rabies isn't considered that big a deal even tho it's so deadly. It has a particularly long incubation period, and obviously, most people seek treatment immediately after being bitten by a wild animal.

@@markozbunjol625 it's amazing how many people think anyone cares. that's more what it actually is than people not knowing the difference they just don't care to make the distinction cause there hardly even is one. The ONLY thing that makes it in any way shape or form technically "not a zombie movie" is this distinction. Absolutely everything else about it is exactly what every other Zombie movie is. It's like saying a vampire movie isn't actually about vampires at all because it didn't take a wooden stake to take them down or they can't transform into a bat or something as if they don't fit like 50 other characteristics about what a vampire is. Zombie has as long as I can remember always had a double definition of either an undead flesh eating person or a mindless puppet. Either way, I literally do not care, as does this person, as does most people, it fits literally every possible definition of a zombie movie except if you wanna be a nitpicky know it all about it. And at this point I personally do it to annoy you people more than anything. You are the "*you're" of the zombie genre. No. One. Cares. It's not that deep.

What's the black and white one? Is it Night of the Living Dead? That my favorite one.

Resident evil 1 is my favorite zombie movie. It totally went away from the story line of the video game which is why it would receive a lot of hate from re fans, but I still think it was a good movie as a zombie movie alone

"Return " had the first running zombies.. 28 days later and other zombie movies overseas be high energy but they mostly virus zombies not reanimated corpse ones like slow moving "Night of the Living Dead " 🤔

It’s a tough call to pick a best zombie movie, there’s a lot of good ones. I’m leaning towards the original Day of the Dead. Maybe the original Return of The Living Dead, or the original Dawn of the Dead are my 2nd and 3rd.

The second one is good but not as good as the first, it does have it's moments though (like the opening for example, very iconic). You can also tell that the second one is very American. As a film.

28 Days later only is Joe Rogan's favorite zombie movie only because he hasn't seen Return of the Living Dead.

I forgot, since the 28 days later infected aren't technically 'zombies' can you just kill them like anything else or does it still have to be a head shot? Cause they're not undead so they must starve right?

Joe really needs to see more movies.. If he saw Train to Busan he'll never bring up 28 days later again.. I remember being bored watching it and the 2nd one had way too much shaky cam for me to enjoy it.

I love the walking dead, but 28 days and weeks are the best zombie films. World war Z was cool. Dawn of the dead I liked too.

Yall really should take the time to understand what a zombie actually is. 28 Days // Weeks Later are not zombies. They're raging. They're barfing all over you and Hulk smashing you. They are not eating you like traditional zombies do.

0:39 No it wasn’t. That’d be Nightmare City 🙄 1:00 No, it wasn’t. That’d be Resident Evil 28Days Later is the Harry Potter Of Horror Movies - Everybody loves it. But true fans of the genre can see it’s just a cut’n paste pastiche of movies that came before. Themes, iconography, character archetypes, set pieces etc etc etc
