Everything said in this sketch is a true fact about Dubai, the capitol of the UAE. It's located in one of the hottest and driest regions on Earth, has been leading the effort to seed clouds and increase precipitation. They cope with a weather modification process, whereby drones fly through clouds burning sodium flares which increase precipitation. They create their own rain. A city with no need for gods... for they are.
...Also Jake Paul is their biggest import.

I went to Dubai while I was in the Army, for sure some slave labor over there... I went to a "BBQ" restaurant in the expat area and I'm 90% sure the waiter wouldn't talk to us because she was afraid for her life. Needless to say im not a fan of the UAE or the city.

A skit ive had in mind that i think wwg could well is a "dust" convention where like antique road show people are showing off a bunch of super rare dust, dads ashes, sand from onside ark of the convenient, moon dust, and theres a bunch of near misses where someone almost opens the door to a super windy day, or someone might sneeze, or fart next to a pile. As they all relax after stopping all the small little breezes, one of the wizards comes in as "Blower Man" *a leaf blower themed super ?hero? cover in fans wielding a leaf blower causing absolute chaos.
