Wow! Talk about motivated, this gentleman is the Bomb! I have worked out at a comfortable pace just to stay "in shape" since 1967. But today I face reality! At age 79 I can't do the heavy weights, pull ups, I used to, so from now on laying out the drop set dumbbells, and even on cable machine exercises, drop a plate per set to failure. With rest day, staying hydrated, sounds like a plan

I have always had great genetics and I worked out like a beast but one thing I always missed that I’m finally learning nutrition is the most important thing now I’m starting to see amazing changes in my body because I’m starting to eat right counting calories counting proteins drinking lots of water before I was just on pizza shoulders and beer

My diet is below👇 Diet ( Increase) Early morning empty stomach calcium 500mg Breakfast 3 whole egg (either boiled or omelette) 1cup oats in skimmed milk MidAfternoon - 1 apple Lunch - vegetable + dal/chicken gravy( 3egg) + 2 chappati + 1 small bowl of curd Snacks - 4 boiled egg Dinner same as lunch + 2 boiled egg Remember to keep fixed timing for all the meals Have lots of water
