@13:20 yes I have seen a many saying that they have found the holy grail of an exercise. As a trainer I just keep clients motivated and enjoyable adding variations to the mix. Great vid keep them coming.

The best way to change things up an have variety is to have a solid training partner who has a different routine from you an swap muscle group responsibilities between you both ... but you can’t expect everyone to be as serious as you are about training I’ve run threw 2 partners 😢 so I just work out listening to SIMEON AN MIKE RASHID lol

Thanks for reiterating that you don't have go too heavy on side raises with dumbbells. I use 15-20lbs, and that's all.

Hi , I have been following your KZbin channel for quite some time now and have gotten some good results so far. I wanted to see if maybe you could make some routine videos or suggestions for guys that are limited equipment , like a Plantfitness gym , I'm leaning more towards shoulders , chest and legs.. l know it not the best gym but that usually all I can find when on the road .

Loved the vid! It was so informative. A combination of your motivational videos and edicational videos will really maximize your KZbin channel. I know you have a lot of mass in your shoulders, but what is your clothing shoulder measurement like for suits because that can define alot for your shoulder width.

Hwy Simeon your absolutely right ...there is no 1 particular routine that can be consider the best exercise to develop a body part...I've been working out for the last 21 yrs and like you said adding variety to your workout is part of what keep you motivated it's the same thing for me. Plus by changing up your routine and adding variety you prevent platea and fatigue

best exercise for shoulder mass IS the behind the neck press. i'm glad to see you're not one of these "new age" punks who say don't do it. the proof is in the pudding. people who train this way look way better than people who don't. i'll take the old school symmetry look over the modern puffed up look any time

Behind the head press is definitely not an exercise for everyone. There's very few ppl that have the ability to have that flexibility with their arm and elbow positioning. That exercise will destroy your rotator cuff over time unless you pull your elbow in forward.

And try to cover the lower part of traps since you have a heavy trapezius and i always look up to you i want to get the same for my self as well .... Looking up towards your reply .... In My opinion variations are Not Just for fun. Hit your Joints and all the passive structures Always exactly the Same way, May Bring more Chance for injurys. So mixing IT Up also benefits that even it's Not listed AS the No 1 movement of the year.
