You can optimize your life as much as you can according to these ayurveda experts but in reality you constantly end up living in fear and over analyzing. Fact is everything now a days is contaminated and you can't avoid it even though you raise your own cattle, own farm. Either you live a miserable life or control what you can only control and stop worrying about the rest. Simple rule in life, eat less, avoid junk, source fresh foods as possible as you can, drink filtered safe water and workout. I bet you will be alright.

Everyone in every generation goes through STRESS - how each person deals &handles it -is different. Being calm & composed helps them in their future life as age progresses. All psychological issues manifests later as a physical problem - BP/Diabetes/Arthritis/ Cancer etc. Avoid taking everything in life too seriously!Only eat foods that our grandmas gave us.

Loved the talk. Only thing to be pointed out at 40:24 animals like cows and horses are ruminants. They have completely different digestive systems than humans. And they basically feed off the bacteria which are created while digesting grass, for protein. We cannot get protein like that. Please do get the facts right!
