The Heart of a Father (Kim Hammond, Melbourne, Australia) 40 Stories Project

Kim Hammond never knew his biological father. He grew up believing he was unwanted, with multiple Dads and a mum with schizophrenia. Life was very hard.
God gave Kim a chance to be a loving father to three sons, even though he'd known little of good fathering. So it was devastating when Kim and Maria found out that one of their young sons had leukaemia.
You will be so moved by Kim's story and challenged to consider what is important in life, where we get our sense of identity and the impact of knowing a truly loving Father.

Thanks Kim. I cried a bucket load of tears watching this, in a good way. I'm a stereotypical old school, show no emotions ex-military bloke, but I’ve shed many a tear with other 40-Stories stories too. Jesus works in such counterintuitive ways.
