I’m from the Bay Area Same as Preston and my brother went to New Tech High. I’ve always felt connected to him in that way and I recently moved to NYC. I’m completely encouraged to keep going to make my dreams of becoming a designer come true, one day I’ll have my own threaducation episode.

We're starving out here my boy... you've barely scratched the surface of the dozens, if not hundreds of fashion stories/history/icons that need the kind of coverage in your videos. Speaking for myself, the stories that shaped what the industry is today are definitely out there, even if there is a shortage of "hype" designers/brands (no slight to them). Even though deep cuts might not perform as well (initially) you'll give new perspective to Fashion/Streetwear youtube as well as continue to build a well rounded catalog..

I like the part where you included that yt comment that Heron can get noticed easily. I noticed his brand through the fact that all I wear are mock necks, so at the time back in 2018 I was in a relationship with a Яusshn (shhh) so seeing СТИЛЬ on the neck was so edgy and exciting for me to see, I’m an armchair linguist so seeing t shirts with Chinese or Japanese script is more interesting to me since it feels like a code. Anyway, when I later went to Russia to find brands sporting Cyrillic it really is surprisingly impossible to find except maybe Volchok and СПУТНИК1985, now hopefully theres more since HP has gotten bigger, Cyrillic imo really is a beautiful script, it’s just unfortunate that the war has really changed its perception, at least where I live.

They really did not think the russian move through, I'm from Russia and I love HP, but for most people here the word СТИЛЬ would associate with crappy market clothing, because when Chinese manufacturers want to sell stuff in Russia they just slap some words like СТИЛЬ, СПОРТ(sport) or FASHION, heron is still very popular amongst fashionable youth but the СТИЛЬ print is far more popular in Europe and America.
