YES! In the beginning you get to obsessed about the narc topic. Its really best to just to block and avoid these narcs and just focus on yourself healing and living a narc free healthy life. Great video 💯🤍

Definitely 💯 I was married to one for twenty odd years I have ComplexPTSD left five years ago the healing has been slow he left me like a empty shell I didn’t know who I was any more basically had to start my life over but I promise I tried all that thinking he would change but they never ever change my best advice is get out as soon as you can he got charged loads charges pleaded not guilty to charges dragged myself and my daughter through court case only to be found guilty off all charges so longer you stay the more damage they do days I can still be in pretty bad shape other days I can be ok it’s only my daughter and my dogs that gave me the will to live because everyday I didn’t want to wake up in my bed full year with breakdown I couldn’t go anywhere, eat what I wanted, dressed how I wanted , checked up on all the times,followed,iff I was late from work he would phone my work check I was still there yet he was the one going away every weekend with his other different women my Mother was a narcissist I got badly beaten all through my childhood and adulthood by her until says enough is enough walked away from her only a few years later ended up in relationship marriage to one all I can say hello on earth raped in my sleep raped whenever by him it was horrendous I say the longer you stay more damage they do so get out I noticed a pattern his Mother was a narcissist,daughter,sons xxxxx

My ex covert narcissist apologized for everything he did to us, cried and even begged us to go to counseling with him as a family. After being divorced for 7 years he was still on the smear campaign! lol! I later found out he was telling everyone that he knew he’d made mistakes but me and our kids were mentally sick and needed help! The narc will do and say anything to keep their fake identity hidden! 🤦🏻‍♀️

My mother is a covert Narcissist. I got Ptsd from her abuse. I did see a Thearpist but she didnt help at all. She blamed me for everything and told me i had to be put on more medicine. I left seeing her cause she never helped me at all. had a friend that bought me to Jesus and told me to go to church with him and i did. I became a Christian 12 years ago. It was the Best thing I ever did. I know my worth and values.

My CN Ex is still trying to contact me and I keep having to block him on everything. Just love bombing. How do I get past this and heal and not allow it to affect my empathetic side? I know his actions say otherwise. It’s sad cause now I know why he is the way he is. Very insecure and abandonment wounds.

I'm going to be one of those people that disagree with you that narcissists cannot change. We have a place not far from where I live in which male narcissists also addicts go for Recovery. They do end up healing from their narcissism but only after being absolutely isolated for over a year or more from their family from their friends in any type of narcissistic supply. Essentially, they are reprogrammed out of their past traumas and they form new neurotransmitters and new perceptions of the world themselves and others. So yes, sorry to say to dispute your scientific things that you say don't exist, but some narcissists really can be helped; however, This being said, nobody is obligated to stay with one of these people while they are exhibiting narcissistic traits nor should you. It is only when all and I mean all narcissistic supply is removed (which means the person is basically isolated in a building and reprogrammed), is the narcissist able to be trusted to assimilate back into society and relationships along with ongoing therapy
