Golfers struggle to hit driver straight because they are unaware of 3 small adjustments they need to make in the golf swing. In this golf video Danny Maude gets straight to the point and explains exactly what you need to do to hit driver straight.
At the start of the golf lesson Danny explains why a traditional style golf set-up actually prevents you from hitting the golf ball straight.
He then gives you a process to follow that will immediately start to straighten up any ball flight. Obviously on a golf course you don't want to be changing too much at once so the 3 golf tips are given in order of importance.
Golf Tip 1 takes the curve away while Golf Tip's 2 and 3 focus on making sure the golf ball set's off online so you hit the centre of the fairway.
Nobody seems to get told this and as a result spend years struggling to hit driver straight. I hope this helps you in your quest to be a better driver of a golf ball,

ABOUT DANNY
-----------------------
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!
I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.
On KZbin and my personal website (www.dannymaude.com) I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.
Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble
I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

I'm glad I saw this video when I did. Granted, I don't play very often, over the years, I reduced my slice to where now I push the ball to the right. It has to do with the down swing, but I tried this technique prior to a round this Sunday. As long as I followed through correctly, what a massive difference. Consistently averaged 25+ more yards, nice and straight with a slight draw from time to time. Thanks Danny!

I must say, your video explanations are wonderful. In this case, I have never been exposed to anyone capable of explaining how to draw and fade the ball. To date, no coach working with my swing has ever had the ability to articulate how to adjust my swing to accommodate. Most were able to demonstrate a fade and draw but not tell me how to accomplish this by making the changes discussed here. Quite eye opening and very much appreciated.

Great material, Danny. Multiple iterations of this lesson you've shot in the past, but golfers can easily drift away from a proper setup. Danny'x approach is original, effective and easy to understand. And authentic. I wonder if Danny would explore the idea of increasing the length of drives using a lower draw shot with run versus the high flight drive which runs less. I believe the low draw is wirth exploring, especially on average to wide fairways. Anyway, thank you Danny for another excellent video☘️

This video was a game-changer. Last Sunday I shot a 112; couldn't hit anything right. Then I watched this video, practiced the technique, and today on the course, on every swing I visualized the blue disc, and shot a 91.

Love this video Danny. I’m still slicing but the way you explained has made me understand where I’m going wrong. Hopefully will get to the range and practice those tips. Plus other problem is that I feel I’m too stiff. Any tips for on how I can be more relaxed and looser would be appreciated. Cheers Rob

I'd love to see a video that addresses why I hit my drives so low. Even good, straight drives rarely get more than 20 ft high. I move the ball up and back and my stance and try other things, but it always comes back to mostly lower, penetrating ball flight. Thanks Danny

At first, I thought it was just about how to cure slice for Phil type of swing but in the end, give me an eye opener on shot making. I'll give it a try. Thanks...

Best tip I have ever used. I hit 10 drives on the range, close toe grip it right butt cheek towards target. Hit 4 of 5 excellent drives today! Of course sliced it off the first tee 😂 but after that nailed it. Great video thanks Danny!

My miss with driver lately is actually low and mostly left. Essentially I'm topping it. I'm unsure if it's ball position or where I'm hitting it on the face. I'll go by and pick up some foot spray and take this lesson to the range soon to hopefully figure it out. Thanks for all the great content!

@danielmaude Thanks for the great video! am a natural fader of the golf ball so this really resonated with me (a draw setup hits a straighter shot for me). I thought the high and low finish was super interesting and I am going to try that at the range. In one of your other videos you mentioned thinking of a hammer at impact to get to hit up on the ball. If you could do a video explaining that in a little more detail and how to incorporate it into a driver video that would be coo!

Great video Dan as always. I only slice my woods but suspect it’s in the set up. Irons nice and straight with perhaps draw / pull bias when it’s a little off. I’ll give this a go today on the course.

@@DanielMaude thank Dan. It did but I know now it wasn’t the set up, it’s some funky wrist angles that are causing the slice. Keep those videos coming though 👍
