EDIT: I misspoke in the beginning - the Gospel of Thomas was NOT apart of the dead sea scrolls. It was found with the Nag Hammadi scrolls which are two separate discoveries! I’ve read the book of Thomas and many more books that were taken out . These books are absolutely awesome and informative. This was done because they did not want us to know these secrets. THIS MAY HELP YOU IN FINDING THE TRUTH AND DOING VIDS ON IT. JUST THAT DONT GET CAUGHT OFFGUARD BY MISTRANSLATIONS BY WESTERNERS. *PLEASE READ ALL* The Vedic Satya Sanatan Dharma is the ONLY TRUTH AND HAS THE ANSWERS FOR ALL OF MANKIND. I dont mean the modern day Hinduism when I say Sanatan Dharma. I mean the Vedic Sanatan Dharma. Vedic Sanatan Dharma ------------------------------------- * One formless Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent God * No heaven, hell, satan or original sin. * No forced faith or belief in a personal God but God does justice via the natural laws of justice based on ones deeds * Recognises all mankind as one big family of HUMANS * Requires all mankind to remain as righteous humans in thoughts, words and deeds as per dharma. * No prophets, angels or messengers * No conversion and all are born as Sanatan (Eternal souls) * Salvation is guaranteed *upon perfecting ones deeds and experiencing an eternity of bliss becoming one with God and thats what AHAM BRAHMASMI MEANS*. GOD AND THE SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE IS INSIDE YOU AND CAN BE KNOWN THROUGH DHYAN OR MEDITATION. * Vedic scriptures have no history whatsoever and is just full of an eternity of knowledge as a kickoff point for mankind to know and prosper from. * God doesnt forgive Sins and one has to reap the fruits of ones deeds but gives an eternity of chances to perfect oneself by undergoing births and deaths until one perfects itself and worthy of salvation. * God doesnt have human like emotions of anger, jealousy, hate, revenge, discrimination etc etc and neither God gets affected by anyones acts. God remains in an eternity of Bliss * God doesnt do miracles * God doesnt change, bend or break his own laws or laws of nature for anyone. * Even God is bound by His own laws. That is the Vedic Satya Sanatan Dharma in a nutshell in point form. Anyone who wishes to know more or discuss it in indepth then PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME AND DISCUSS. GOD BLESS

I’ve always said half jokingly that I believe Yeshua and Buddha are just smiling on humanity and sharing a drink as they watch our antics. I think that while these respective prophets truly did walk the earth, they weren’t exactly who humanity wrote them out to be and rather they were higher spirit incarnate sent to teach us the basics of love and seeking our higher callings.

The irony is however, in order to get what you want in the future, you have to be willing to sacrifice the present. You want that body you dream of? Got to start hitting the gym and eating healthy. Want that million dollar lifestyle? You got to be grinding out those business ventures. Want a loving family? Best get busy pursuing that one. Anything you want can be possible but it requires sacrifice. The real question is what type of life is worthy of sacrificing the present?

Am in my 70's, a Jungian Psychologist, devoured all of these "Lost Gospels" as people like Elaine Pagels and others published the books. It's one thing to adopt ideas like "the Kingdom of God is Within You" and being "present" in the moment after a lifetime of searching. But it's fantastic to hear someone of YOUR generation putting this out there NOW. The stage has been set. It's You that can digest these insights and make Change happen. Keep On!

I visited someone in a mental health unit and another patient asked me, 'have you read the gospel of Thomas?' I told him that I hadn't but I would make sure that I read it. I did read it & I read everything I could find . In the 70s I read a book on yoga & it stated: without leaving your home, you can know all there is to know. We rely all to much on the supposed wisdom of others, & thereby become sheep. You have everything you need, within you. Be quiet and 'know' the peace within.

I am old and I can assure you that the interpretation you shared with us is absolutely correct I believe that I have usually been a fairly positive individual, but I have had my misgivings about everything, from the past to the future. Now I finally realize the wisdom of living and appreciating the present Not only does this save a great deal of aggravation in Life, but it makes our lives so much easier and simpler. By freeing oneself of this awful striving for something more, we are finally free to love and appreciate all we have in the present. Sadly though, I think our present Western society (and probably others) urges us to acquire more and more ad infinitum. I have now stopped this way of thinking and feel finally at peace with my Life, past and future. Thank you for your confirmation.

Matthew 6:25-34 5 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

But it may wish for the rain... For a nest of companions (family of birds), or even sunlight. I see God as a Family. The Family of Consciousness. There is no other. One one Family, One God. Our Family has One Source (Father) and One Body (Planet Earth) to house consciousness... for it is consciousness that dictates physical reality, just as our minds move out bodies. Macro Body (planet) and Micro bodies ("all Flesh" as in Acts 2, including Humanity). Love is the Governor of All consciousness. But this is simply how I am able to see. I don't say anyone must agree. Universal consciousness. We are everything to have ever existed experiencing life through different lenses. Took acid and I had this strange feeling that we are all connected to something much bigger than our physical bodies. Energy is not created or destroyed only transferred into something else. Almost all religion points to an eternal consciousness. Maybe this is what god is, maybe god is a metaphor for eternal life and that we are all essentially everything. It’s why Christianity says “God is in all of us”

Currently on a spiritual path! Referencing those with Near Death Experience, NDE, the Gospel of Thomas solidifies this book. The power of GOD is inside of us, not separate from us! Thank you for this as I am studying the missing books! Any additional links are appreciated!!

Clark, a very powerful video. Interesting to know you were a Teology student. Since my childhood, I loved to listen to the Texts during mass. But only now I begin to understand some of them. My interpretation of "the end is in the beginning": We go home just like we came from home. Our conscioussness lives inside a human body for some time, but this temporary life on Earth is not our home. So, we don't experience death, just detachment from our temporary experience, we are going home. I really loved Thomas gospel 💛 I'd like to listen more about it 👍

Anyone trying to make an argument after that is just looking for drama.... Those are the ones we need to ignore. The verses mean "live in the present". A few years ago, I was confronted and attacked by a thug with a knife who was determined to kill me because I was the lone witness to an abduction he was in the process of committing. I managed to fight him off without being too seriously injured. After I realizing how close to being murdered I had been, I started telling people I loved how much I loved them. I realized that living in, and enjoying, the present is important because I might not have a future. That Attack changed my life for the better.

People seem to forget that the “sacred” books are all based on ancient texts. They do have historical value. When you look at the books across the board, and compare the Sumerian texts, there are consistencies - the giants - the floods - the beings from the sky - the wars - the end days - they ALL have these teachings.

The consistencies stem from copying and need not say anything about the truth of the content

Living in the moments, doing positive and good stuff, being wise towards situations and people , I guess it's the life we choose to live as opposed to the life we should be living, perhaps it's the illusions of our own desires to create and build for different obscure purposes rather than understanding why the inspiration to do so , and how easy it is to go astray ..... But the one thing that maybe keeps us from non existence is...... HOPE !!! Hope that we can change, hope that we may understand and become more enlightened , hope that we our individual selves hope to be free from our own demises . peace 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have known these truths for as long as I can remember. My first prayer when I was about 8 or 9 was in response to the verse " do not rely on your own understanding" so I prayed for God to share his understanding with me. I sometimes wish that I had not asked for this. For I understand more than I could ever know and when your understanding surpasses your knowledge, life becomes very difficult. For I am a human being that is flawed and broken yet my understanding of myself and the world is so much closer to flawless and whole. Which is why I fear my own existence. I appreciate your video and may God bless your message and guide it to purest of hearts.

Gnostics were an early cult. The Gospel of Thomas is a Gnostic gospel, which means, it is not authentic Christianity. Nag Hammadi is Gnostic literature! Again, not Christian. Gnosis means means secret knowledge. Christians do not possess secret knowledge, we shout the Gospel from the house tops.

You just need to get born again so you can be saved on the last day. God has not given us a spirit of fear but of sound mind. God made you in His image so it´s not that you are flawed, it´s that you have sinned, because all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and you need saving.

Eye opening, thank you. "If you live in the past, you're not experiencing now" "if you're worried about the future which hasn't happened, your sacrificing the thing that does happen, which is now"
@julianmanjarres19983 жыл бұрын
Not really, thinking about the future and acting accordingly just makes you a goal oriented and big picture thinker. It means you're not easily satisfied and you aim for the skies, not settling for where you are at now. And when you reach your goals one by one because of your future thinking, you will feel Great satisfaction

That was awsome, I think for me the end is your beginning cause I been through so much in life, suicidal and in finding God and repenting I feel brand new and ready to live life and pursue my purpose. Thank you for this finding. God bless 🙏 🙌 ❤

I was going to say "Go Miriam!" but ok. Something's not right with the way things are today. But we can make it better. We really can, and should, because it's worth it.

I was telling myself “when I move into my own home, I can truly be free of Christianity and start living the spiritual life I know I should live rn”. Mainly cause I’m currently in this time living with my parents and siblings. And my parents are religious, having us watch church, be afraid of a separate Hell, praying to a separate God saying “please” instead of “thank you”. My whole family is religious and it has made me think I could never be spiritual or be free of religious chains. I’m starting to do what I said I’d do now instead of waiting till I move. Cause I can still learn about my true spiritual self and truly connect with God within me without having to move out. I’ll be respectful of my family who are religious, but I won’t let their beliefs bring me back to being a worried Christian again.

God isn't within you. You are a flawed human being, he created you and shaped you into your self as you were but an embryo in your mother's womb, know your place and respect God the Lord, Creator of the Worlds.

Sure, it is the present moment that counts if you really want to experience life in all its unmeasurable depth. In reality, however, it is not that simple, because if you delete both, the past and the future, you actually end up with a present that is timeless, and in that sense eternal. In other words, focusing on the present ultimately means going beyond time and space altogether and existing in the eternal now, because that's where your true nature dwells.

The best part about the Gospel of Thomas is (I forget the actual verse numbers) the section about “how to pray”. The marrying of your thoughts with your heart/emotions and praying. Pray with full thought and emotion that the mountain in front of you has already moved and it will move, to sum it up.

Oh my God you're so right that's what I've been saying for years! I always say you cannot lie to yourself and not know about it. Your intuition is everything that's where you get the answers.

This makes no sense...at all. Please think carefully about this. People lie and delusional about all sorts of things literally all the time....
@polygongaming8859 Жыл бұрын
@@Miles_305 It's literally hard to understand if you have never experienced it personally. Don't ever make the mistake of rejecting something you cannot comprehend. That's what most religious people do.

I found that what you have revealed is actually very similar to the teachings of the Lotus Sutra expounded by Shakyamuni Buddha and crystalized by Nichiren Daishonin, currently followed by the Soka Gakkai International around the world. It also ties in with many realizations of philosophers throughout the ages. Thank you.

My interpretation of “where you’ll find the beginning you’ll find the end…” is that we’re in a cycle of reincarnation. The lessons we learn or don’t learn travel with us into the next life every time we learn the lessons successfully we go into the next life with more built in knowledge and grow stronger spiritually. Great video keep it up

Makes perfect sense to me. However, what does it mean when an infant is stillborn or a young child or young adult dies? Have they possibly (successfully) learned life's lessons? I believe that must have some type of meaning, but what?

"The Light within the images is hidden within the Father's Light": the essence of Who You Are can only be revealed to you wholly/holy in Truth, when you realise your Divine Self as the Father within whom Love and Light are One. The question is one of realisation, not separation. I love the Gospel of Thomas for the interior journey that it entails, right into to the entrails; to the inner most part not only of our being, but the inner most part of actually being. I have always believed that we are of the Light we seek in our hours of darkness, and so it is!
