Your château archive is expanding daily with each new find. Always happy to see new electrics and plumbing to bring your château up to modern codes. Since they are out of sight, they will not affect the aesthetics of a period château, but will protect the safety of the inhabitants of the château. 👍

Too funny. We had a fantastic time at the wedding. Stuart made a huge wedding cake and we made all the sugar flowers too. We worked on the cake till 1:30 AM. We helped serving and I officiated. Good morning Patrick & Stuart, a lot of work in this project!! The wall paper that was on the surface was amazing, all 7 layers. The blue is lovely alas the garland of roses is the winner here for me, Looking back at the time these papers were manufactured are amazing. Then again the Victorians loved decorating and the more money the more elaborate. \there is such a variety of paints, papers and tiles to choose from in our modern era, and depending how much money you wish to "invest" you can go overboard, is it necessary? I love panelling in a large room, it gives so much character and it makes the rooms look warmer, cosy.
