Thank you for talking about the importance of this!! I just recently was made aware of the importance of hip mobility and have started incorporating some exercises into my routine (2 out of 5 of yours ! I will be 5 for 5 tomorrow :) ) I have noticed a big difference in my flexibility and squat depth too! Thanks again for being such a light to this community

I love hip mobility stretches! I’ve never done the 3rd one, so I’m excited to try it out when I go to the gym!

SAVING THIS!!!! I can’t do a deep squat- like my heels won’t touch the floor without me falling backwards which I heard is from low flexibility in hips and ankles so this is perfect!! Love your channel ❤

Literally right before your workout so that you’re “warmed up” (body temperature is up, heart rate is up, blood flowing, etc.) 🙌🏼
