This was the song that broke the camel's back as far as Graham was concerned.

I wonder what happen to the rickenbacker tony had around this time
@KieroUnasBotasAGoGo2 жыл бұрын
He sold it to Peter Frampton, and it ended n Andy Bown's hands (The Herd) I've read the whole story from Bowns FB where he stated that someone from Judas Jump had broken that guitar and he finally sold it mid 80s.

Ive always wondered whether it was a 6 string or a 12 string one when he had it, because i remember seeing pictures of it having 12 tuners, while Tony put on only 6 strings

@@calbassist2494 I believe he traded his vox phantom for a Rickenbacker 12string to get the byrds/Beatles sounds but the string spacing and figure board size or something that he did not like so I took the octave strings off and just use it as a regular six string

@@McGarvey_music_1 ooh thats interesting, i'm guessing he traded the phantom because its a 12 string with a bigsby, which is basically a nightmare to tune. Shame though, cool guitar

@@calbassist2494 I know I would like to own a vox phantom style guitar one day. Mainly to play Hollies 12 string songs. Phantom works guitar sell a model for about 1,300 dollars or so
