The Hooters started local here in Philly. This was filmed right outside Philly. My friend Sonny was in the crowd. He died not long after this was filmed. Tomorrow is the anniversary of his death and seeing this pop up made me smile and remember good times, ✌️♥️🎶

They opened for Loverboy in 1985 in Columbia, SC. Was on my second date with my husband. We got married in 1986. This brings back so many memories!

Good 👍 song 🎵 Written by lead singer Rob Hyman and guitarist Eric Bazilian. They wrote Private Emotion for Ricky Martin. EB wrote One of Us for Joan Osborne. RH and Cyndi Lauper wrote Time after Time. She released the 1st version.

I think the "Irishness" you hear is the "hooter" they use which has somewhat of a highland pipe instrument like sound. I don't know what the hooter ( the instrument) is called in UK, it's a hand held keyboard that you blow into it like harmonica. They're called Melodica or Pianica in different parts of the world.
