I love the setup. Except for the wall. Leave the island just remove the top part. That way when I bring in the groceries, I can just set them right on the island. I know these are designed for families, but I'd love one with 2 main suites, a small powder room, and a small laundry room/mudroom in the back. That would be my dream home.

This is a great home. That would be the perfect size for me. It's hard to believe that there's a kitchen dining room bar area and a pantry in the kitchen. I love the hardwood floors throughout. And for the main bathroom to have both a shower and a separate tub that's huge for a single wide. Keep the amazing videos coming. God bless you and your family.

Great home! Kitchen bar stool area an ideal set up for kids on computer doing home schooling, homework, crafts or other activities. A great way for family to cook meals or be together in one room. The wood ceiling beams add a feeling of warmth. Adding a fireplace or wood stove would be nice, too!

PS... I'm usually not a fan of the single wide's, but watch them for your entertainment skills; that being said, I could retire in this one! I don't have a problem with a single wide,since I live in one. The main problem I have is coming in the door and into a wall of any kind. I really like that the flooring is the same through the whole house. There would definitely be a few things that I would charge, but other than that it's not a bad size home.

Beautiful home! Some changes I would make. Dry wall, take out dishwasher for more storage in kitchen, gas appliances, no wire racks anywhere. Layout is good, especially the wall upon entry. Because it is single wide find another way to store linens without storage closets.

This is the first video we saw on your channel and fell in love with this home. Since then we have been checking mobile homes from lots of different manufacturers and we always come back to this one. We love everything about it, colors, flooring, the only thing we would change is the oven to gas. We have been looking for almost 2 years because we plan to move in another year to a property we bought in Maine. Sadly we have no one who sells Hamilton Homes in Maine. I went to the website to get info on where we could get this home but did not get a response. Would love to be able to see this roll onto our property.

Beautiful single..lovely..I usually don't like grey,but I do love it in this home..there's nothing I would change, but it would be nice to have the option to remove the wall ( actually wasted space) and move the kitchen back and make the little desk/bar a nice hutch or more cabinets and put a nice island in middle with nice storage cabinets and bar with chairs..you would still have the great dining room..anyway nice video..keepin coming ty..

Hey Chance I toured a home similar to this here in NC but must say this is much nicer! The front door was a side entry from a cute little front porch. Sitting at the bar you looked out onto it.and big main bedroom.closet in the bath had no door( that killed it for me). Really don’t need a bar , wondering if they could put cabinets across there and just have the middle cutout with upper cabinets on each side of it. I think that would look really nice as well. Thanks as always for the tour! Think of us while your at church today as our services were cancelled because of all the snow we got here fri. nite and yesterday😊

I saw the original video and agree this is the nicest single wide plan I have seen.The wall gives you a dedicated entry which gives the home a nice formal touch as well as keeping the floor plan open without the kitchen being in full view. Sometimes a well placed wall actually makes the home seem bigger because of the perception of an extra space.

You'd think by now, with all the technology and options for such things.......they wouldn't be putting vents in floors anymore......especially in the middle of the floors! I also noticed a lot of the moldings around the doors and windows are warped or damaged. The style may be nice, but the details aren't exactly anything I'd want to spend money on.

For a single wide it is great! The only downfall I can see is with the wall in the kitchen you don’t have very much cabinet space for your dishes. But overall for a single wide it is truly fantastic! The bathrooms are nice. The two back bedrooms are very small but they always are in single wides. But you can still get bunk beds or a full size bed and a nice size chest in them. Shout out to Ky my home state although I have been in Fl. For 34 years I still miss the beauty of the Bluegrass State. Take care and be safe. I can see why it's the most popular home...it amazing! The wall with the fake window area as you walk in I would hang stain glass panels in those area's...Kuddos to whom ever thought of this idea! The ONLY thing I see that needs to be added in the kitchen is a back splash along the sink/stove area. LOVE the fact that there isn't any carpet in this home! In the Master bathroom I personally would have the tub removed.~ I personally wouldn't ever use it so it's a waste for me to have.~ be a perfect place for just a wicker laundry basket. Sink area needs a backsplash. Not hip on the closet being in the bathroom, but I could over look it because I LOVE the rest of this home. Saved as my #1 favorite home! Good Job!
