Mongolia is sometimes refered as “Minegolia”. Mineral rich, our country’s mining industry really took off since 2011. @@nalukful I'm a descendant of the Mohawk Iroquois and Comanche and one major belief my family has passed down to me is to not be prideful of our "labels" but to feel blessed and find gratitude to be connected to all. Our fellow man, the creatures that soar through the skies, roam the lands and swim the oceans to the trees and plants that fill our lungs with oxygen and nurture our bodies with nutrients. We are all truly connected. I personally believe that music between our cultures further connects us with one another. I'm very drawn to certain types of melodies, not just within my native heritage but also the Irish and Celtic music, Viking music from bands like Wardruna are incredible, and much of this Mongolian sound I've heard from Hu truly moves my soul. The fact they actually did a Metallica cover totally sealed me into fandom, too. Metallica was my first "favorite" band ever when I found them in my preteen years.

The reason why the actor of the generations is played by one person is that in mongolian shamanism religion we believe that people reborn several times with one soul. And here you can see him making same mistake over and over in different lives but when he finally understood what is important it was too late . Finally he died( really died )with the last sprout, never being able to born again ,simply disappearing.

The instrument you are curious about is called Horse Head Fiddle. This instrument is one of the most ancient musical instruments in Mongolia. It is used and played frequently to date in Mongolia.
