If you’re on the fence about this watch, buy it. Don’t think anymore, just buy it. Ive had this exact watch for over a year now, and after wearing it 3-4 times a week, I’m still in love. I have the Sub 200 Divingstar with the BOR bracelet, I absolutely love it. It has a foot in both worlds of "classy dress watch" and "dive watch." Your point about "the Sub 200 should be a choice, not a poor-man's option because he cannot afford the Sub 300" is very well taken. I had both, and I chose to keep the Sub 200.

Great review and video quality. I have the Sub 200 in Caribbean blue on a rubber strap which I really like. I recently added the Sub 600t in Pacific blue to my collection. Both are very accurate and beautifully crafted watches. I find the Sub 200 more comfortable to wear though. I think your aquamarine looks better on a black strap. I wear my watches in the ocean daily so the rubber straps are the most comfortable for me.

A beautiful reissue. You and I have the same skin tone so the blue and orange really pop. I still prefer the 300T (I have the orange dial), but this is a great weekend/holiday watch. How does it compare to the Certina Super pH 500m? It would be interesting to put them side by side. Great video as usual my friend 👍

You've got a taste my friend. The aquamarine versions are for sure my favourite as well. I've been looking at them for some time, but I've decided to be patient and wait to get the 300T. I prefer its simple steel-blue combination to the black-steel-blue. Right now I'm still studying, so I could probably save up for 200, but in a couple months after finishing my diploma the 300T might start getting more realistic :)

I'm a huge fan of vintage Omega Seamasters and Sub 200 is probably the best option to scratch that itch. The case is really stunning but the dials are too plain. For that reason, I prefer more subdued colors, like Sharkhunter or Caribbean because they "hide" the dial and make the case more pronounced. But first, I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on the Sub 300 COSC, so I'll have to put off that dilemma further down the road. Excellent review and awesome photography as usual.

Really love the color, been looking at the iconic Orange dial Sub200, but already have an orange Certina Super PH 500m. And although I love orange, it's hard to justify multiple orange dialed divers. Might take a look at how the tiffany color suits me, looks incredible!
