For me (an uneducated guy) this is a revolutionary concept, but I think these concepts are not new for the rich... when huge investments are deployed to form a business I think they also consider hiring a Service Designing Team, Costumer Experience Designing Team, Job Analysts, and all these teams include "strategy deployment tactics" to put all the jobs, services and systems previously designed, in place So we can buy books on these topics and help us understand how the big companies start from 0..... and also buy the books and courses from Michael Gerber and other business coaches to make sure we didn't miss anything

What if the employee takes our SOPs and runs away and creates his own company or goes to a compititior and gives away all info ?
