yea i think its a game that shouldnt be played like one would play arcade games.. like codemasters said they made a game that is made for a particular group of people (sim racers) atleast for me i love cockpit view and driving with a wheel shiftee clutch etc i just cant play anything with a controller anymore

@@aleksivuorio1540 i agree too, it's definietly more of a sim racer than a arcade style racer. i once tried dirt rally on a controller and it was almost impossible. the game would definietly be better with a steering wheel or keyboard.

I would disagree. I play with a standard DualShock controller, all assists off and been able to be in top 10 of online events multiple times. If you can’t drive with a controller, you won’t be much better with a wheel.

I've seen a few rally races when I was a kid, when Colin McRay was still around and still in the sport, however I've not seen one since. I think the last rally race I saw was when Colin was driving a Focus in Spain and it had broke down mid-stage. He seemed pissed, but that was genuinely the last rally race I'd ever seen for the WRC.
