I have three of these. No issues so far. I use them to power WIFI and USB fans during power outages. I got great deals on them and added them to my emergency hurricane supplies. I have much more expensive name brand solar power stations for my freezers and several others 300 to 500 watts for a dorm fridge, WIFI, etc but can`t find any fault with these little units.

Indeed I use it all the time and it has been solid. Take it with me to quick charge drone batteries after they are spent to keep the supply up and the reserve power barely goes down after recharging 3-4 batteries in a couple of hours...

How safe is it to store these drone batteries in a box in your closet should you have them in a utility box like a heavy duty plastic box are there any dangers in my question thank you

From what I understand, lithium ion batteries should be stored in a temperature controlled area, not freezing and not hot. Keep them dry and in an area where they wont get shocked or dropped, keep them charged around 50% or so and no other special handling is required. If you're really concerned, you could certainly keep them in a fireproof bag,.. Good Flying!

Can this charge a 60v battery?
@AlienDrones3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question. No 60V output directly, but I'm assuming you're asking if it can charge a 60V battery using the AC output? It depends on the charger specs and if there is a slow vs. a fast charge or not. If there is a "slow" charging mode it is possible, but in the fast" mode that everyone wants to use (because we're all impatient!) then I doubt it, but if you forward the specs of what equipment you're trying to use I can look into it...

That's an awesome piece of machinery there, and for the price it's definitely a great thing to have. Thanks Keith, I appreciate all your videos. 👍👍👍

Right on! For the price, who doesn't want MORE POWER, right? 👍

More power!!! Nice review, Keith. I hit the LIKE button before even watching. I don't know what the intro was inspired by, but it's not your fault. I just haven't watched much TV. I was thinking Bear Grylls, but that's probably wrong.

Lol, that's quite a compliment to have a preemptive like, hope to not disappoint! Have to watch _Home Improvement_ reruns somewhere... 😂

Thanks, seems like a pretty handy little power station for those times when you are out and about trying to maximize your flying and photo-taking time. The price makes it an easy pick-up. CAVU Fly Fun, Fly Safe, Just Fly and take the Shots.

How long can it power your equipment for? I’d like to see a run time maybe with a timer or clock up front while the camera is Sped up.

Good suggestion! Indeed, it would depend on the load, which is why I suggested a readout of watt output. In this case though it would be hard to gauge capacity/time with the way I used it as when the batteries became charged the output would effectively drop to zero, kind of skewing the time. Next time I'll use a more constant load and see what happens. 👍

I really like the size of that. I've seen some bigger ones that are far more capable, but you need a stinking mule to bring it with you. I was of course you're one buff dude. This one seems like just enough for things like drones and small electronics for a weekend. I would say "perfect" but then I would have to kick my butt.
@AlienDrones3 жыл бұрын
Indeed, it is "doable" in size, has a decent handle and doesn't require a hand truck to cart it around. Seems to be usable for devices and minimal AC power, not a bad compromise between weight, size, power and price... 👍

These are the most compact power stations I`ve seen. If you only need USB power then normal smaller power banks are more portable. 25,000 mAh is close to 100 watt hours.

This would be a great battery at $99 unfortunately it's up to $130 now and that's with the coupon on amazon. Great review!
