For me, Dr Goldhamer is the best when it comes to fasting and its benefits, the clinical experience at his clinic promotes all the knowledge acquired over the years. I'm amazed to know that he never drank coffee or alcohol, fantastic. I'm curious to know if at 65 years of age he fits into the rarity of being a 100% healthy person. Thank you Doctor Goldhamer for sharing all his knowledge about Fasting.

I’m just glad Goldhamer’s work is revealing the truth about what’s best for humans’ health. Whether we do it or not is another topic. Takes too long to arrive at truth these days.
