Mr. PVR Narasimha Rao gaaru is impressive with his fluent and lucid presentation, substantial original contribution, and immensely humble. He has more clarity in his approach to explaining in video interviews. Vedic astrological approach is based on the uniqueness of the exact event of birth in space-time, of which the jaataka or horoscope is constructed,. Further interpretations are arrived with calculations, predictions, and interpretations, fortified by intuitions by experienced and astute astrologers. In this video, he talks about predictions for not just individuals, but also for a family, groups, villages, communities, nations, and probably the whole earth. I surely understand the time limitations of times in the youtube videos, even conference presentations and expert panels. I want to delve into details and depths of a variety of extensions with varied expectations for example: 1. For a cricket match or any other sports match, knowing the players' and managers' horoscopes, location or pitch, date and time, and any other details. 2. a horse race, 3. Olympics and other smaller athletic events 3. a dance, drama, and other theatre performances. 4. Satellites, spacecraft, aerospace explorations. Mr Narasimha Rao, you are an amazingly intelligent person with vast knowledge. I am skeptical about astrology mainly because I have encountered numerous commercial Astrologers whose "predictions" were completely false. Some of them were recommended as "brilliant astrologers". However, after watching your videos, I am tending towards becoming a believer! The commercial Astrologers have given a bad name to Jyotisha Shastra! These persons prey on the sorrows and tribulations of the believers!

Few question to Mr Rao about Jyotish :1. Does getting any puja done, making a pandit do japa for your graha dosha, wearing precious stones which has got some mantras done on them affect your karma or its for your mental satisfaction only? 2. If you do not start some thing on auspicious muhurat (or time), why should that matter? That time has nothing to do with your karma, or if some other time negates bad effect of your past karma or increases effect of karma how sound or just is karma it self which is affected by things like this. 3. Do you recommend that Govt of India or US should have fleet of Rajjyotish (like we used to have in India) which will check auspicious time for every major initiative (eg launching of spaceshuttle, surgical strike, launching Arogya setu or HealthcareMarket Place in US etc). 4. Do you agree that Jyotish not a science in the generally accepted definition that: Has evidence based , clearly defined procedures which will give repeatable results under defined conditions + have falsifiable hypothesis). 5. I have heard of this types of karma (which Indian have not) but am not sure which text book talks about it, or which text book has talked about it first. If I can get the name would be great. @@pvr108 Sir great knowledge and thank you for giving clarity. Having said that we do have questions. Could you please address @Alpesh Mittal doubts and on that I would like to add mine. I have seen all the videos and understand that we make sense of the world around us in multiple ways, logical, intuitive etc. Nevertheless, what works today is mostly logical. I guess logic should be placed at the foundation which should allow (give rise to) intuitiveness and a balance between them should make people be more holistic in their perspective. Now, coming to the question I have. Is it possible to scientifically explain or at least give intuition on why the position of planets, constellation etc. would have affects on one's life, be it individual or any other entities? Comment section might not be the right place to address these question, I suggest posting this on "Medium" or your own website "vedicastrologer.org/index.htm" under a "Blog" section or make a video of these glaring doubts on your YT (bit.ly/3bU9CVY) channel.

Will it be a good idea to create panchangs for west pertaining to the region? Will it enable the world to become more sanatani in practice? OR Will it make practice of sanatan more complicated and difficult for newcomers. It can be made acceptable and interesting by showing how scientific panchang is. At the same time it can be made as ideal but not compulsory to follow to build greater acceptance.

As this video is published we are in the midst of an epidemic where in the test accuracy is between 30%-60% and its Science. I invite all the intellectual souls to condemn the tests and discourage advises like personal-distancing. While I am not after the "knowledge", that existed on this land, to be accepted but question is even the science is equally "unknown" not able to explain to a common man. Jotyshiya shastra, if conducted a study, would have success rate of at least 70+% when averaged. Given this success rate compared to COVID-19 Test apparatus, is it not good ? I can comment on Shastra and its impact on Psychology for a while but here the question is we are ready to accept something that has lesser accuracy but not able to accept the age-old Shastra that shows its origins and foundations of the theory. The theory itself should have a standing ovation that it helps mankind to feel assured or remediate for better life. With you Rajiv Ji, A Guru and a pioneer in the act of standing for own's history, culture and its scripts that do not do any harm to anyone let alone other human being.

Thank you for the enthralling series of Q & A. This helps declutter a lot of young minds who are in the field of science and misleadingly think westwards. My question is about the difference you mentioned between modern science and ancient Indian/Indic knowledge. Modern science was developed by different physicists, biologists, chemists and mathematicians. No categorization and thus no development of knowledge islands in the shaastras. How to bring this practical holistic approach and bridge this gap right now? Or we should just keep on developing new theories on understanding nature in different perspectives and wait for the ultimate merger?

It is for a reason that there is no good books on Tantra. You need a master. But, for mantra, you can try "Mantra Mahodashi" and "Mantra Maharnava".

There's a Pagoda style temple and small lake and good picnic spot for summers and snows in winter. this information i shared just to point that although we are not good at learning and preserving the knowledge he disseminated but still we know he did something great. How did you learn sanskrit? any books or so. I have studied Sanskrit as a subject in school for 4-5 years, so i know Thoda -Bahut.

If PVR sees this, a basic question. Does pre-scheduled or emergency c-section obfuscate a person's true natal chart, which presumably corresponds to a natural birth? Also, shouldn't the marker of the true moment of 'birth' of a jeeva be when prana enters the pinda (I believe 40 days after conception)? This is of course a rhetorical question, as there is no practical way to ascertain this exactly. For the balls/pipe analogy of prarabhda & sanchita karmas, I visualized it less as a pipe, more as a Bingo cage where the sequential phalas fructify driven by a cyclical kaala chakra churning the past karmic balls as new 'free-will' balls get added to the mix. BTW, PVR misses the nuance in Rajiv's digestion theory. Its not that some Caucasians here & there are good at some eastern subject (its not a question whether they are skilled). The bigger point in digestion thesis is that unacknowledged, unattributed, digested dharmic ideas are re-exported back to actively undermine the very tradition from which they were appropriated. Most Western dharmics (who are minuscule in number to begin with) also do a U-Turn after appropriating dharmic knowledge. So, aggressively ensuring an authentic, insider dhristi across the spectrum is very important if dharma has to survive, in the current environment of rabid Hinduphobia.

slomoy2k Its quiet simple to understand! If it’s in the Prarabdha to be born like this, that will be intuition given to parents and the schedule also be chosen! Is it possible that that schedule get changed , it is ! So this idea that c section or such things changes not it does no.Also the schedule let us say prepared by “Jyotishi” may be good but doctors may choose to do it different times, record it incorrectly..so on ! Also my take is its not only one individuals horoscope which actually affects BUT people who love together affects each other ...so that should be done! Mostly was done earlier ..but today is mixed up...I HOPE it answers this question

Rishis talked about 2 charts - (1) nisheka chakra at the time of conception, which shows the destiny during the existence in womb, and (2) janma chakra at the time of "birth", which shows the destiny as an individual outside of womb. Actually, there is a third chart: punya chakra at the time of soul leaving a body, which shows soul's journey till it gets into a womb again. "Digestion" is a loaded topic. I have very clear views on what Aadi Shankara, Swami Vivekananda, Paramahamsa Yogananda, Srila Prabhupada etc did right to avoid "digestion" while actually triggering "reverse digestion" instead and how some modern thinkers are conflating different things and mis-diagnosing the problem. Mother willing, that may be addressed in a separate video, either on this channel or elsewhere. A mere comment here cannot do justice.

Then you have to take 4-5 known events from current life and see if they make sense or some adjustment is needed. With enough events, it may be possible to adjust the time.
