I watched this very cool Documentary, because I was really into the Dispatches from Elsewhere series on AMC. I wish I had been in San Fransisco during this time, because I would have definitely been a part of the strange and unique fun. I wrote the song "Not Afraid To Be Strange", when I was in the underground cult band Wyzdom, so this is exactly the kind of phenomenon that I would have helped to put together!

The Director Spencer McCall spills the beans on the podcast Inspirado Projecto and how these Whirleds are connected together by a group known as "The Varelse Bridge Society". Search for any combinations of these names: "Dispatches", "Crystore Inc," "Institute", "Dog Clones" "In Bright Axiom" along with "Spencer McCall Inspirado Projecto Podcast" and/or similar such word pairings, and the golden treasures behind the veil shall delight you.

They released a compilation in 1990 (on CD) of most of their singles. It's not too crazy hard to find and is great!!
