There is lots of footage. The guy who filmed the tour Patrick Kelly said he had miles of footage of the Victory Tour. Unfortunately we will probably never get to see it due to the MJ Estate not caring about what the fans want to see & hear!!!

Hello everyone, I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed it before but I just realized that this video does not contain images of a single concert but of several: see the clothes of Tito, Jermaine and David Williams at 0:36 and now look at their clothes at 0:41 and 01:20. Other than that, you see footage of Beat It at 01:18 (look at the Jumbotron). Now I have a theory: apart from being almost obvious from the video quality, the fact that this performance is edited like this tells me that there were intentions to make a DVD of the Victory Tour with images of various concerts (a bit similar to what was done with the live video of Another Part Of Me) but it was canceled.

The editing was done for the laserdisc in 85 , but then shelved because if the lousy audio , like you said 8n another comment. No dvd planned.
