D interpreter isn't part of d court staffs pls pple should stop attacking her nd language interpretation(mostly Yoruba Lang) isn't easy considering that she is nervous nd this is her first appearance on d screen. Moving forward, d court should hv a standby professional to do d job afterwards. Thus, I must salute judge funmi for her gesture to bring peace to both parties. All d best wishes.

I am so thrilled to watch Judge Funmi melt her version of justice.👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 I am so proud to be a Nigerian at the moment. I love the use of the sign language lady and the gentleman who does the interpreting. Furthermore, the audience are of good standing and standards. However, I'm afraid this new female interpreter is not up to the job. Her job is to interpret not query the plaintive. In addition, she reacts by laughing, sniggering and summarising what is being said. To the point where the Judge Funmi takes over reminding the interpreter that she understands Yoruba. That is seriously annoying 🙄 😒 I am so grateful when the defendant, the husband, corrects the interpreter. I mean, come on girl !! 😤😤

This lady judge was very wise in her proceedings and final judgment. Not only she did judgement but she gave this "foolish" man her piece of good advice. The guy is following another woman and yet he can't even take care of his current wife and children sufficiently. The judge told him very true truth which look bitter but it was worth it. That is the problem with us black men, the majority is just to sleep with this woman and that woman and having children here and there. And the children jump in lifetimes poverty. Strangely enough African men who are not even financially capable as the judge said do this foolish things all over the continent. What is surprising is even educated and "financially capable" men in Africa. You will hear, he has a wife in his house, five others in the same town, another wife in a city in Europ, so he travels a lot to Paris, or London, or Brussels etc.. where the other wife resides and go just to have sex and be back to Africa. Because the guy has a "good job" in Africa or he is a businessman, or government staff. Just little and free money, then the men chase after many women. Strangely enough they don't get satisfaction with those many women's vaginas. I THINK THERE IS SERIOUS CULTURAL, IRRATIONAL CHROMOSOMIC PROBLEM IN AFRICA WHICH IS BRINGING ABOUT SOCIAL DISORDER. IT IS SAD, EDUCATED, UNEDUCATED, RICH, POOR, POLITICAL LEADERS ALIKE MEN DO THOSE FOOLISH SEXUAL THINGS. AND THE CHILDREN ARE THE ONE WHO SUFFER IN LIFETIME... Let me stop here. I agree too. She is not fluent in correct interpretation of the language. She left out a lot of what they both were saying. How does 'conjugal rites, be explained as 'being together'? I don't speak the language, yet it was clear, that the judge had to jump in in explaining. She should not be invited back, she needs training on interpreting the language.

What kind of doctor advices a man of his age to be having sex on a daily basis, I don't get it, how many women at her age will have the strength for that after birthing three chidren, coupled with the fact that she takes care of the children, the home and also works as well and in addition she isn't well fed or taken care of, no woman in this kind of her situation will physically or mentallity readily give her self to have sex . That woman is obviously not happy thus their sexual life is lacking. This is the biggest injustice kinda resolve I have seen this judge execute so far... We know that is a man's duty to provide for his family but that duty doesn't in any way includes him dying in the process... They counted four people (the wife and 3 children), but the man was excluded.... Also, they were hammering on the issue of the man taking another wife which might seems where this probably bias judgement came from but that isn't true. The issue didn't start from when he took the second wife based on the story on ground. The issue started when she denied him of the marriage conjugal rights. That's the beginning of the problem because that's what inform and lead to the man taking a second wife (which she claims started the problem) to fulfilled that nature desire. The court didn't address that issue with her, but rather dwell on the aftermath of the whole thing which is he taking the second wife. Why would the man step out for another woman if the wife was fully fulfilling his desires as a married man. Secondly, this man is earning #29,000 every month. As a man, there are some life budget you will have... If the wife was providing and performing her conjugal duty as a wife (which she accepted denying him), will he have think of another women in the first place. I know he's married and should be providing for his family but will that be at the detriment of his life or soul. We have seen men died out of depression and frustration, (some will call it heart attack) due to this pressure of compelling and at the end he will die and go and be forgotten. If that man die today, won't the woman somehow take care of this children. Why draw his blood now that he's alive. Statistically, the world today (even in Nigeria), we have more than quadruple times of widows more than widowers. We have never ask ourselves the reason for this or I don't know if the world and Nigeria enjoys having more Widows than Widowers or even more Widows than couples (husband & wife) who both are still alive. The number of widows (esp in Nigeria) tops the Chart!!!!! And the truth is not far fetch, the frustration, depression and pressure that's being put on men by the society is the greatest contributing factor to this men's demise before their full supposedly ripe age. A colleague just lost her husband last 2 years and they call it heart infection or Over malaria in the system but I know (cause I've been involve for a great while) that marital pressure contributed immensely to the man's demise. Even during when he was alive, I have been mumbling it. I've to support a great deal as much as I can towards my colleague and the family but my main aim of doing it is to take away the pressure off the man as I know what goes on and can see the frustration & pressure on him each time he comes around the office. The pressure alone on a man not seeing he's children provide for the way they should or the way he wanted and desires to silently is enough to kill him not to talk of when outside forces join hand to that in him. I extol the judge for the calmness she has during the issue of domestic violence (because, some people in hearing that, throws every caution to the wind esp when is meted on a woman) but she was calm and was able to find out the truth that it was actually from both of them and not one upon another. But for heaven sake, the man earns #29,000 every month and he's a man with other (not second wife ooo) budgets, plans and things to solve as a man. That's where he's hesitant of acceptance was coming from. I know the wife is taking advantage of the situation (probably as revenge of taking another woman) because I know if the man is no more, she will survive with 10,000 monthly somehow. He's a Father, all the same. And no father can be that heartless towards his children. Remember, he offers to give his Daughter's phone number for them to call and collaborate his story which means he has been living up to it the best way he can to have such relationship with his daughter and confidence to say it and even volunteer to give her number. The woman too has a shop where she doing small business. He's earning just #29,000 monthly let's remember. Think this is really an unfair kinda Judgement towards the man no matter his sins.... #Selah..

The world is suffering Heavily currently because we have demonized enslaving men in favor of women. Men suffers and got punished heavily from what a woman can do and everyone will be supporting her. Yes I knew the man having extra-Marital Affairs ruined his respect and reputation as a man due to his salary capacity,he would’ve avoided such knowing fully well his salary capacity but isn’t still the best reason to suppressed him to death.I’d quite unfortunate that the court gave the woman audience without investigating more on the true facts which calling her daughter would have done more judgements to the case that will even make the judge judgement easier for her but as we all know that nobody really cares if he lives or dies the idea of speaking to her daughter as evidence is dead on arrival because is already signed that a man must be the scapegoat
