Another thing that's really stupid about the world building in Charmed....why are those keepers of really important stuff always useless as all hell? The Keeper of Fairytales, the Satyr who was keeper of that fountain where the Dryads dance, that angel lady who was keeper of that anti-magic thing (or something), the Lady of the Lake who kept Excalibur....they are always killed by some rando walking into their home and chucking an ordinary fireball at them. I mean if they are keepers of really important stuff they should have at least some power to keep themselves alive and actually...you know...guard the stuff they are guarding.

don't forget the keepers of pandrora's box. first one dies. second is tricked into releasing it. then of course the angel and demon keepers of the hollow. angel is killed. demon becomes the source's first hallow filled creation to try to kill the charmed ones. gets vanquished by the sisters. then is never guarded again so it can be used in the last 2 episodes.

Honestly Piper's screaming face on the thumbnail is the Carman, its so good! It's reflective of the show's quality post Season 4. That or it represents the audience after they watch the constant Colebama Bashing. This is one of the worst episodes of the entire show and I would put it in my top 15 worst honestly. While death was always cheap, I didn't mind it so much in the previous 4 seasons because in Season 1 the ONLY time you see Grams and their Mom is when they time traveled to an era where they were alive, and in Season 2 Grams only shows up once in the Season premiere and as a ghost, and the Charmed Ones were shocked about it and in Seasons 3 and 4 I didn't mind her coming back for special occasions because I do see where they were going for. But yeah, from this Season onward, having Patty and Grams just become corporeal just makes any ounce of death meaningless. When it comes to Piper's exploding power, people always complain that Prue was overpowered in earlier seasons, but never mention that Piper's exploding power was worse because it just allowed them to win button their way out of situations. From this season onward it becomes more overused while her freezing powers barely ever gets used. At least the previous Season balanced it. Not to mention, there are a lot of instances where Paige will be next to Piper, and rather than use her own offensive power would either use a potion or get flung around, almost as if the episode acts like Paige didn't have an offensive power just to make Piper solve their problem by blowing the monster of the week up. Phoebe is once again the Queen Margoyle and sucks. Easily the worst character on Charmed.

Ah, the 1990s/early 2000s! That magical time in American television when every little person was Danny Woodburn, every Middle Easterner/North African was Erick Avari (who isn't from the Middle East at all, much less from anywhere near the African continent, ethnically), every Native American was Floyd Westerman (or Graham Greene if the character was under 65), and every deaf person was Marlee Matlin. Poor Danny Woodburn. He worked his butt off in the dumbest TV shows imaginable forever - only to eventually have that perpetually bored Dinklage guy swoop in and steal his gig! And I swear, if I ever find out that Floyd was really just another Italian from New Jersey, like all the "Indians" on television and in the movies in the '50s and '60s, I'm going to be very... ...unsurprised.

In the original Snow White tale, do you know what happens to the evil queen? Either her husband the king (yeah he is alive in most versions) or the prince who marries Snow White orders her feet to be placed into hot iron shoes, and then she has to dance until she dies... Y'know, for KIDS! (just kidding, Grimm's tales weren't really for kids). Even more shocking, the Hello Kitty fairy tales cartoon actually uses this ending, with guards dragging the anthro wolf (or cat) Queen and showing her the red hot iron shoes. Yikes!

I feel there's a big difference between binding powers and drinking potions while you're pregnant. You don't know whatside effects the potion could have on the baby. It's basically like taking medication or alcohol. Binding a child's powers, while possibly dangerous, kinda feels like tying a baby's legs together until it's old enough to be responsible with where they walk. It's also a matter of the baby not consenting to it's powers being bound. The kid who could set things on fire ASKED them to bind his powers. I dunno, in the context of a magical race of being, Binding their powers is kinda skeevy. Like, think about anything inherent ability humans have being taken away because you are deemed as undeserving of it by adults. It is kind of fucked up.

i always thought it was weird in one timeline melinda is her only child. prue and phoebe don't have kids. paige i guess never has kids or meets them. then the main timeline Prue's the one to never have kids. and the others all have 3. melinda becomes piper''s third kid. i still think it's a shame chris wasn't secretly prue and andy's kid. he has telekinesis like prue. acted similar to her at times. and imagine the drama to learn chris came back to save his cousin from turning evil and the aunts he never knew. if he was adopted like paige. be something for him and paige to bond over.
