Hmmm, joker done by a woman, not a bad idea, much easier to get higher pitches in the infamous joker laugh, give that madman a falsetto laugh. But excellent voice over work has always had women leading the charge, I guarantee frieza, guilty spark, and glados are all non female characters given eerie life by the Eves of the world.
