"You said to ring you up when I was in Tuh-ra-na." I always get a kick out of that spot-on pronounciaton of Toronto. Great party song from my teen years.

From "The Kings Are Here", 🇨🇦 1980 this is one of the greatest two- fers in pop history. Produced by Bob Ezrin who produced Pink Floyd and Peter Gabriel, the transition between one section of the song and the next creating a Rock song that is instantly accessible with miles of pop appeal. The wonderful organ drives the melody along with great drums, the opening guitar riff with such fun vocals makes each of these songs a delight to groove to. Switching to Glide, a buoyant blast of bouncing Question Mark and The Mysterians keyboard power chords, round out this great Canadian tune that is still played a lot in Canada. Great reaction Harri. Thanks Harri and Robert. 👏👏 Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦

A great live band. Saw them in college. After college at a big new wave concert called "Heat Wave"(approx 1980) in Mosport park Ontario. Headliner "Talking Heads" finished their set and everyone was about to leave. Then an announcement came that there was one more band. It was the "Kings". They rocked that place down into the early hours. A few years later a friend and I went to a tiny bar and sat 5 feet away from them, and chatted between sets. Really fun bunch of guys. It was awesome.
