Ok, so the first thing I notice on their page is that they have a Darrell Braun model guitar. If they are doing celebrity youtubers, I feel like they need to make a Guitar MAX model, especially since they seem to focus on metal looking guitars.

Very nice guitar and I want to say something that sounds mean but I mean in the best way possible I cannot believe you only have around 150k subs. This channel has such a huge channel vibe and feel. The content is great, you are pro level. 150k is awesome but you and this channel deserve 3-4 times as much. Please keep it up

10S should do a similar guitar, with a headstock designed by Max. And a silouette of Max on it. Chambered, deep cutaway for access, even lighter in weight, and a simple trem/whammy maybe. Crackle yellow body with wood neck, and a little cheaper, and they'd sell at least two of them, one to me, and one to Max ! Thanks for the review, Max !

You've seen me before, but I really just wanna say that it's so freakin' cool you do clean tones on these guitars & I also really liked the sound of this clean with the tone rolled down. You mostly do Metal \M/ Guitars, & a lot of homies just do the distorted super-gain tones because, "WhY dO yOU waNt tO dO ClEaNS??" But, again, I really appreciate the extra effort.

Well, I've debated whether to go into this, I'm not fan of negative comments, so I'll try to keep my review of the 10S Spring BH 1988 Superstrat in rainbow crackle that I purchased as classy as possible. Understand, I'm NOT trying to lay any guilt on any positive reviews that were given towards this company. I watched a number of vids and read reviews on Reverb that made me choose to go for it. However, as I rely on the advice of others, I feel it is my civic responsibility to at least share for the benefit of others. I made the purchase on 1/3/21. First flag, it did not ship for 12 days. It finally did and I received it on 1/25. Immediately, I was disappointed. The finish had multiple areas where the finish was cloudy, it almost looked burned. It was COVERED in scratches. The finish on the edges of the headstock were chipped, like something had scraped across it. A couple of areas had such a thin clear coat that you can run a fingernail in the texture of the crackle. There were little white blemishes that looked like lint had been caught in the clear coat. The volume knob just fell off, I had to put it back and set the set screw. The neck had a forward bow of almost 3/16". I had to work that out before I could even tune it, and the tuning took almost an hour. I couldn't believe it. Lastly, when I finally plugged it in, there was absolutely no difference in tone between the toggle switch positions. I was completely disgusted, I had obviously got, at best, a b-stock that I now believe was the last one they had entirely. I immediately requested a refund and they agreed to it on 1/26. Then the games started, they just would NOT send me the return shipping label they agreed to with such procrastination. On 2/14, I finally opened a case with Reverb and several days later I finally got one from Reverb. 10S never did provide it. I shipped it back to them on 2/27...as of 5/5/21 I still do not have a refund and it has been sitting in Customs for the past seven weeks! So, more than four months I have no guitar and am awaiting on almost $700 refund, still. I have almost 50 guitars, I have a decent knowledge of what crap is. This guitar was crap. I am more angry that I got what must be the one stepchild of their inventory than anything. I know some good guitars came from that shop, but I got completely rooked. Law of averages, it was bound to happen eventually. I'm so sorry for the length of the comment, but it's a long story. Buyer beware and good luck! I am about to go for it on the AIO Wolf LP, though. Fingers crossed!

That is an uber-cool machine! Not an hour before seeing this video, I was wondering why it's so difficult to find a Les Paul-style guitar with good access to the upper frets: surely it can't be *that* hard to make such an instrument! (Final thought: love the CRT TV!)

Not sure if it was the copious amount of distortion or wah you used but I couldn't really hear what the guitar sounded like except for the totally dry weak clean section. Always helps to use a bit of gain on the clean amp settings to thicken up the tone a bit and using a crunch setting would be nice to get some van halen/steel panther style tones. Would be nice to hear it through a decent amp

I ordered a guitar from 10s in Nov 2019 ...I got it one and one half (1 1/2) YEARS later!!! YES 18 MONTHS! Even though I sent details of what I wanted. I even sent pictures of the hardware, tuners and knobs! My biggest beef was the bridge was wrong! They said it was MY fault ...they kissed me off!!! My guitar was $1300.00 USD!! I was totally and royally screwed!!!

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had was with 10s! Was super excited to order my ICC model heavy relic strat from them. I asked them if they could switch out the maple neck for a rosewood fretboard and they said “no problem” and that they could ship it out 2 days after I made my payment. Well after I made my payment and 2 days pass I messaged them again and they said it would ship out “next week, sorry”.. then next week, again, and again they kept saying next week. Then after about 4 messages asking when it’ll ship, they tell me that the guitar isn’t even built yet and it could take 3-4 months?!! I look back at the listing on reverb and it said they had 94 in stock, so I’m wondering “wtf?”. Finally, 3 months of waiting I messaged them again and they said for sure it ships out “this week”. A week later they tell me it’s in San Fran customs waiting to be processed, but still no tracking number? 2 MORE weeks pass and I finally get a tracking number, I click on it and it says it was dropped off at DHL somewhere in CHINA? So it was never in the states like they told me. Almost exactly 4 months later I get the guitar, pissed but still excited to FINALLY have received it. I open the box aaaaand...... they sent me the WRONG NECK! They say they could give me “coupons” for another guitar for the misunderstanding. Instead I ask if they could just sell me the neck I wanted, they reply with “yes, for $60 but only if you delete your review on Reverb” 🤯🤬. So I said “fine! Soon as I get the tracking number showing that you shipped it, I will delete my review, thanks!” And the my reply with “you should change the review now or just delete it, the neck will ship in TWO WEEKS” I didn’t reply back. I never changed my review. And never got the neck I wanted. The relic was cool but my guitar was poorly built. They drilled the trem stud holes right through the back of guitar where the springs sit and it cracked that thin piece of wood all the way through. Can’t use the whammy bar cause it feels like the post are going to rip right out. Sorry for the long post but just wanted to share with other potential buyers what you may have to deal with when buying from these guys. Guy I was messaging in reverb was “Djentman” who was super cool up until I paid for the guitar. And remember folks.. You get what you pay for! 👋🏽.

I like the crackle finish. For the headstock, I'd suggest they go with a full snakehead geometry, center the "10" at the top, and center the "S" logo below it, between the tuners. I think that would look cooler. Thanks
