People said they were disappointed that the mv was so simple but for me, it was perfect. It’s simple on the outside but so much thought went into it to make it flow the way it does. It truly matches the sound of impurities and shows off the choreography which is all the song needs in my opinion.. nothing overpowering it but instead complimenting the sound and energy

kpop stans are just so used to the overstaturated music videos nowadays that they really dont appreciate the older stuff in kpop anymore . like many times the songs are just ok but the music video is just so chaotic that sometimes/manytimes song gets overpowered by the music video . here in this mv however we are able to process the whole music along with the mv . there is a balance btw the song and the mv .

The circling cam part is my favorite too, it looks better in their live showcase stage And that Sakura part, damn, i didn't notice if you don't talk about it, i thought that part they only change the lighting because i don't see changes in the members (because my eyes focus on center). It made me realize Sakura's dance is always improving :)

What makes Sakura's center shot also interesting is the lyrics she's singing. "Keep moving like nothing happened" and both of her shots are an exact same copy. It's as if she's luring us into thinking that, "hey, it's okay. Focus on me, not on the glitch. See? Everything is the same." Like how a goddamn witch would do, daaaaaang!

Impurities being an MV is like the icing on the Le Sserafim cake for the album. I mean the song itself gives me feelings reminiscent to those of listening to classical music, mildly challenging and activating for my brain to listen to but nonetheless beautiful and artistic. The dresses I mean, even though we have seen them many times before, are always iconic and a joy to being put into use. Overall, the album really ends nicely with Impurities I mean just from contrast to Antifragile, you can see the flexibility in style from Le Sserafim so this MV was amazing.

Impurities is seriously my fave song from the album so I'm really happy they made and MV for it! Crimson Heart is their Webtoon! Some HYBE groups got their own webtoons and songs were made for these webtoons! Blue Flame and Impurities are a part of that project. Oh and Le Sserafim japanese comeback is soon and they're probably gonna make a music video for it.

This might be my favourite reaction video by PDnim. Le Sserafim, is really such a breath of fresh air & so unique. I'm so impressed by each members but I must say Kkura really caught my eyes this comeback. She definitely deserves all the hype, appreciation & center post. 💙 Also their team (producers, choreographer, stylists, camera crew etc) deserves all the praise as well. Im glad pdnim pointed those out. This is what you called "simplicity is the best". Impurities mv proved it. Hybe made the most out of it. You dont need to have the grandest mv to call it magical, sophisticated and the best. The editing skills/ transition, camera angles are what separate this from other mvs.

So I started listening to Le Sserafim less than a week ago, they have quickly shot up to my top 3 groups wth and I didn't know anything about the members, as I didn't watch Produce 48, nor did I follow Iz*one, but Ive heard about a certain Sakura that was so popular. When I saw their videos and performances, I assumed she was popular because of how good she is at dancing and her stage presence, and then I saw a video showing her in her P48 days and my jaw dropped, this woman has grown so much, she fooled me into thinking she has been a great dancer for a decade, AT LEAST! They are incredible. Ive been a kpop fan for 13 years or so, and it has been a while since I group shot straight to my top from listening to them for a short time. AMAZING

Watching all the variety-shows/bts-footage/extra content for groups I like is a daunting task, especially when I already have a full roster... so with this year when there's just too many great rookie groups I had to make a decision and just pick one to main stan while just casually enjoying the music of the rest. After 'Impurities' I think that choices was made. After seeing everyone do multiple songs by year's end, I got a better feel and what they all can do. LE SSERAFIM has shown a lot of variety and it's all been quality, plus they've toughed out a huge scandal already. I think they're a safe bet. Sorry KEP1ER, CLASSy, NMIXX, H1-KEY, NewJeans, and IVE, I think my choice has been made. I'll still support the music, but I only have so much time!

I'm so glad you reacted to this! And yes, by far, I love, love, LOVE this MV due to its simplicity and all the aesthetic shots it gives! And the way you caught all the details is such a *chef's kiss*. Like, I knew you'd see those details! My fave parts has to be the cut shots like Chaewon's arm choreo, Eunchae's part after Zuha's falling back, Kkura's chorus and the biggest take of them all, the 360 camera panning, like, ughhhhh! So good! I'm also glad you caught that part where there was a cut shot during Kkura's center because not many reactors realized how clean it was done because everyone just thought it was a light switch but it wasn't! Honestly, everything about Impurities is perfect... perfect mv song choreo styling oh man, between Le Sserafim and New Jeans - the amount of talent in front and behind the camera in Hybe is getting crazy and I'm loving it.
