How I wish I could see that concert. Recently seen Hackett three times and also Marillion. Life is good. Loved the singing by Nick too. I have always liked his vocals and have one of his CDs.

Eu tenho que discordar de você aí. Genesis ainda existe. Eles não precisam de ninguém de fora para mantê-los vivos. Steve Hackett esteve com o Genesis de 1971 a 1977. Não há dúvida de que ele fez grandes coisas para a banda, mas Tony Banks é o cérebro da composição da banda. Steve Hackett não faz nada além de montar uma banda cover melhor que também toca muita música que ele mesmo não compôs. A música de "The Lamia" é exclusivamente de Banks. Existem três tipos de membros do Genesis: intercambiável ​​(Stewart, Silver, Mayhew e Wilson), importante (Phillips, Gabriel e Hackett) e indispensável (Banks, Collins e Rutherford) sem os quais o Genesis não pode existir (veja formação falhada no álbum "Calling All Stations").
