At the farmhouse at the end, she’s wearing Dina’s bracelet which she likely gave back before the farmhouse and did not have at the beginning of the second journey. So she definitely met up with Dina and JJ wherever they were, likely Jackson. She probably went to the farmhouse after reuniting to see if she wanted what was left, and Dina gave her the bracelet to wear on the trip back. Probably to ease her mind to say ‘I’m here, don’t forget me and stray again.’ Maybe even help her through a PTSD episode.

Because her grief for Joel was so complicated by the fact that he lied to her for two years about Salt Lake City. And she wanted to repair their relationship but never got the chance. If you read Ellie’s diary it’s clear that she doesn’t open up about Joel to Dina, because she can’t. As a result her PTSD episodes get worse and more frequent, to the point where she can’t be a functioning human being anymore. Leaving Dina and JJ wasn’t about a burning desire for revenge. It’s Ellie just not being able to take it anymore and hoping that going after Abby and getting to her will restore her sanity.

@@meh563 Yeah I agree, I find it weird how much backlash ive seen against TLoU2 because people dont like the LGBT+ themes and the amount of disgusting homophobic comments ive seen is very alarming. I assumed because majority of gamers are younger people and Gen-zs are generally super liberal that people would love that about the game.... ...it just shows you that you get prejudiced people in every generation I suppose...

@@emsem2785 I was trying to point out how two-faced the developers are. They think they are being social justice warriors by including lesbians in their game, because they know damn well that it wouldn't draw hatred as much as if those characters were gay men. I mean, if you are gonna be sjw, at least do it right and include everything. Not just one aspect of it that pleases the eye.

You'd think in a world where no one knows anything about LGBT stuff, Abby would be confused when a girl is being called a he. She never asks any questions about it. She just accepts it. No "Huh? Aren't you a girl?". And then Lev gives a short explanation that leads to Abby saying "That's weird but okay I guess I'll refer to you as he". Which I think thats a little more realistic, right? I don't doubt that some people would know of it, but I don't see this being common knowledge. Everyone is a little occupied trying not to die.

@@joncarpenter-smith9801 I don't think so because tlou 2 was set in 2039 and at the time according to the tlou wikia, Abby is in her early 20s so that made her was born sometime between 2016-2019. The world was screwed in September 2013 so it's hard for her to know these thing even a tiny bit of it
