Another beautiful page! You’re so inspiring to me. Thank you! Love your colour palette. One question: how are you able to glue the magazine pieces in your art journal without the pieces bubbling, not laying flat on the page? That’s been my issue, and I’m not sure how to get my pieces to lay “flat” on the page. Thanks. Looking forward to more of your work.

I use matte gel medium, usually without water for magazine pages and thin paper. Add a layer to your journal where you want the piece to go + one layer at the back of the piece, then place it on the page and smooth it with your brush that still has gel medium on it. Usually it will wrinkle if it gets too wet (too much glue or watered-down glue) or if there's glue only on one side of the paper. It's important to have some of the gel medium on top, so the paper is evenly coated on both sides. I hope this helps!
