Spitfires are cool too! These TR6 are sharp cars, and the straight six makes for a great sound and power experience.

Sweet. You should've given more info on the IRS. Quite unique for the time. The replacement TR7 actually switched to live axle IRS.

Not true. TRIUMPH still had a roadster TR8 MGB was still being made

My dad has a TR7, so I’m familiar with the roadsters which came afterwards. But the TR6 is generally considered the most true to form. The TR8 is a rad car, it’s essentially the rally version of the TR7 which was V8 powered but in production car form so I think they are cool.

What is the mileage ? Why was the Engine Overhauled, unless it was driven for 200K.
