Some days, getting to the gym seems impossible. Heck, sometimes evening standing feels like too much work. For the lazy days, we created a 10-minute workout where you never leave the floor. You might be surprised how much you work your muscles sitting down! Grab a light set of weights, and sit down for your next workout.

this is a great workout for people with back pain, like me. It's not too difficult and strengthens the core which helps the back...all good!! Will be doing this one frequently...thanks for allowing me to be lazy and get a good workout!!

This was great! As an RN, doing this after working three 12 hour shifts in a row, was perfect. Felt great on my sore back. Just right for a low impact workout day.

I'd love to see more of these lazy girl workouts. It's great for those days I don't feel like moving but am still getting a good burn. Recently I injured my ankle and this has been perfect but wish there were more of these lazy day workout routines to give me some variety. 😀

Loved it. can you make more ones seated or laying down. I'm in a wheelchair, and learning to walk again but can't yet so most of the work outs I can't do yet.

I sprained my foot last night skating and desperately needed to get some kind of workout, but can't put any pressure on my foot what so ever :( so happy i found this did it 4 times in a row so it could do something didn't have to use my foot once! happy this exists!

easy but great for abs, i can feel it :3 also this is great for lazy Sundays (also my foot is injured so I was looking for workouts on the floor)

It's always good to do anywhere from 10-15 reps of each exercise. We vary between numbers because we timed them but I always recommend at least 10 reps of any move we do!

Daily is great, especially since it's just a quick 10 minute workout and it incorporates a variety of muscle groups! Then begin to mix in other workouts during the week as well. Consistency = Results!

I didn't feel bad about doing this workout.. until she just kept saying "lazy." Now I feel like I just wasted my time and have to do something more intense.
