Watching this, I realized one of the reasons I really like working out with Tracey Mallett. She makes exercise fun, and her smile is contagious. I like working out with someone who genuinely enjoys what she is doing and encourages me to enjoy it too! Keep the workouts coming, Tracey!

Tracey Mallett You are my favorite instructor! You're always encouraging and I feel so accomplished to be able to do what you are doing in your videos. You are the reason I started regularly working out and being healthier. Last year I got a 3-DVD Fuse Dance set as a birthday present, and it was challenging but simple enough that I could do it at my beginner level and get results. I love looking up other workout videos by you, and they have never failed me! Your strength in your videos is such a motivation to me.

These exercises are so awesome. I just love these workouts because I took balle for 16 years and also cheerleading,jazz, dance, and also tumbling and acrobatics and it's been a long time since I've done any of those since I graduated high school. But I still do the balle exercise and as well as other exercises.

Tolla Gillispie-Adams I've done these exercises since I first started balle years n years ago. I haven't taken balle since I graduated high school, but I still do all the exercises that we had to do whenever I took balle and let me tell you these exercises are amazing. I always fit these exercises into with my other exercise rountine.

I'm one of those people who have flat feet so I need to wear insoles with my shoes whenever i exercise to give my knees / legs proper support - will that detract from the exercise?

Not at all! Barre exercises focus on isometric exercises to burn a ton of different muscles. If you aren't feeling the burn, you can modify up a level to get it going. You are doing the right thing by being safe and giving proper support first!

This barre workout feels more like ballet than other barre workouts I've done. PSA: Don't wear socks that will make you slide. The plank exercises are hard when your feet are sliding.
