For anyone wondering, I've been doing this since the video came out, and my arms look the best they've ever looked, and I NEVER go to the gym! They are super strong and lean, and I've only been using this arm workout, so it really makes a HUGE difference. Thanks, Astrid!

Charity Morgan It definitely did not bulk me up at all, and I did 5lbs for the first month, and then upped it to 10lbs and they're still not bulked up, it just gave me nice lean arms & shoulders. I started doing it 3x every other day, and then every day and it made a noticeable difference in just a couple of weeks.

I've been doing this 5 minute workout for a week tomorrow. I also do 33 minutes of light aerobics and 7 minutes of an arm cycle. The arm workout is the most intense! I LOVE that I can do it from my wheelchair! Thank you for this! It really challenges me!

I do the set once every other day. My nutritionist said if you do it every day, you don't give your muscles a chance to rest . I also do a medicine ball workout with it. I do the medicine ball ever day though. I also have an arm cycle and a dvd done by a woman in a wheelchair. I have all these things , so I don't get bored.

I'll be 24 next month, and I love a lot of Popsugar Fitness videos, including Blogilates. Been working out since I was about 18, because I was diagnosed with major anxiety and stress around age 11, and that's 2-3 (ok maybe 2) days a week. Either in the morning, or night. You can totally do this workout without weights, and I have to say that it's a good arm stretch. Thankyou Popsugar Fitness for making workouts easy for anyone, no matter what age they are. Some are so easy, that even kids can do them. If I didn't workout (not for hot looks), I'd probably not be in a good state, be sick from all my stress, or gain a lot of weight! You guys are AWESOME!!!

Sweet greetings to Astrid and Anna Renderer, I just wanted to say a big thank you to you both. I have been doing this work out 3-5 days a week for last 4 months and I have seen a big difference in my arms. I have used this video mainly and Astrids other video with Mixed Up with Anna Fixrell and my arms have never looked this GOOD in MY WHOLE LIFE. I am very thankful, from the bottom of my heart. Sitting here at 164cm and 52kg wanting to put on a tad more weight and tone up my booty. After buying my first resistance band and following a 30 day glutes bridge challenge, 7 months of 55 daily squats, yoga (and gentle running which is like a zen for me, especially if stoned) which I started about 2 months ago, I am starting to see results! I weigh the same but have turned my fat into muscle with a way to go! This definitely created the habit of needing to do my glutes bridges and WANT to go for a quick run to tone up, feel better and build some muscle. I have been planking for about 7 months too and have been looking for an arm workout. Thank you for uploading this, love it!!

Finally I found a video that works for me. I have arthritis in my left elbow and it's difficult for me to straighten it all the way and still get a good burn from it. By following the work out, I am able to get an equal amount of burn in both arms.

its a great vid workout I lost 5lbs on this and my arms are leaner too not as puffy my upper arms I did it for 2months every day once, with 5lbs weight on ea. arm, I will try 8lbs next month.

I always do this 2 times and love it. I started with 1,2, and 3 pound weights and am working my way up to heavier and heavier weights. With my body type I need more strength training to help me lose weight and not muscle. Thanks ladies. SIDE NOTE: I have a daughter named Anna.

Since the lockdown I have been doing this mini-class along with 7 min scientific workout as my gym is closed; the other day I looked in the mirror and asked myself "why do my arms look so buff?" I've been doing this workout for about a month now (4-5 days a week, at least twice) and my arms are feeling stronger. My arms are my problem area and I'm not seeing any visible results, but I FEEL it. I'm going to keep up with it for the next month and check back in. It's SO easy to stick to because it's fairly easy to do without a break. I'm upping it to 3 times a day, 4-5 days a week, and mixing in the Madonna Arms workout.

Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can as weight but could not last even 1 round when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover😟 My MIL did 2 rounds with 12 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps bulge powerfully and she has immense strength !!! I feel really low and defeated.
