Man it just makes me happy that there are loads of Spyro fans that love The Legend of Spyro series I seriously though that I was the only one. In fact I stopped playing Spyro game after Enter the Dragonfly because it left such a bad impact on me. In fact A New Beginning was the next Spyro game I played. I first played it at my friend's house and after playing it for 30 minutes I had to buy it for myself. I just loved the combat, gameplay story, art style and the voice acting. Needless to say I was excited for the sequel.

Well look at every single cover art for the Spyro ps2 games and it's easy to see it's the worst. All the others had epic effects and art style while Enter The Dragonfly is just Spyro's head with little detail. It's like the first in a series where the original is blank and very empty with no details while the sequel is zoomed out like it's more concentrated and complicated with more stuff going on and more details. It's how I always see sequels as the first like Assassins Creed is just the assassin with a plain white robe but the sequel has more stuff on him like they started coloring the canvas

I don't care what anyone says about these games! Spyro is my life! I love the three Legend games just as much as I love the original. The story is so deep and captivating, graphics are extremely beautiful, especially in Dawn of the Dragon, the music is so heavenly to listen to, the controls are as tight and responsive as a game should be, While not too frustrating, the challenge is well set with the gameplay and the voice acting is some of the best I've ever heard in any game ever. These are all aspects I've expect from any good game. I'm not going on a limb to say that the trilogy is better than the original but you do have to admit that there's a lot to these games that people don't give them credit for.

I really Like how they gave Spyro that rise up on hindlegs to see furter thing. I dunno what it is but I love the art style of this game, Like Ignitus has such a sweet looking face and then he opens his mouth and WHOOSH flame city and I'm like oh right he's a dragon he can do that. I also really like how they had the whole different elements thing and the Purple dragon being marked as 'the super special rare" because it does all of them and the elder dragons aren't just rescue collectables, they actually do things, watching Ignitus Kicking those guys asses is epic. they put so much thought into the world building and it makes me so sad that these games get so much flack because they "aren't like the origional ones". and Lil Voice actor fun facto, the Guy that Voices Volteer is the same Guy the Voices Count Dooku from Starwars the Clone wars and Yen Sid from Kingdom Hearts. so hows that for whiplash.

They should do a revamp of the whole series. Keep the main storyline but do better animation and take out some of the really corny stuff that happens and stuff like weird hesitations in dialogue. I'd buy that for sure. The only skylander game I bought was the first one and I sure as hell didn't finish it. Personally I enjoyed the Legend of Spyro series much more and I actually made it to the end of the games.

D: Why couldn't David Spade keep playing as Sparx...? I hate that his voice actor kept changing throughout the games? Cynder too. But I was more irritated with Sparx constantly changing.

With Cynder I can understand. After all, when she was corrupted I can see the reason for her deeper voice, and then I can see how her voice might have changed once she was returned to normal. In the final game, after being frozen for three years, I can see how her voice changed through that. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it. But I didn't care, because I love Cynder more than any of the Spyro characters (even more than Spyro himself). I loved how beautiful Cynder was in the last game.

Sparx* and I think he really adds a lot to the game, Spyro would just be silent or talking to himself most of the time if he didn't have Sparx

In Skylanders Sparks became again the cute little dragonfly and Spyro got back his original moveset from the classic trilogy, too bad for his design :/

Immanuel Weaver I probably don’t hold much ground cause I only played the first game for a bit, but I can understand why you like him. His character works in a lot of situations. His comedy is unforced in many situations with the exception of a decent few reference situations. The biggest issue is the fact that he is sometimes just emotionless even in dire moments which is not good for a character. It breaks immersion and dampens the character’s enjoyability. He is sarcastic, I love it, but sometimes it goes too far is what I’m trying to say, and David Spade AND the writers needed to make him more relatable as a person to complement the fact that he can feel emotion, like a human being. Ps: I know he’s not human but that’s not the point.
