I kind of wish they showed Bad News's recoil more. They emphasised the blast, but in game Talesin describes bracing against the environment so he's not blown off his feet when he fires it. You really get the feeling that if the pepperbox is a hand held pistol, this is a stationary canon he carries around.

As a possible rationalization, the barrel burst on this first attempt at Bad News, which means some of the explosive force was not properly contained. Once the weapon is working properly, it'll probably have even more kick.

Possible spoilers Delilah used to be the Archmage of Antiquity on the Cerberus Assembley before they found about her dabblings in necromancy to save Sylas and they were driven out of Wildemount to the Menagerie Coast. She got replaced by Vess Derogna. Also, the undead dopplegangers on the Sun Tree were supposed to be an encounter for the party, I believe, but they chose not to follow the tracks that would have led them to that encounter. Because the bodies on the tree did disappear at one point while they were in Whitestone. EDIT - also, Percy managed to cast Silence on Bad News once, and it *completely obliterated* a poor unsuspecting horse

Lol...love your guys' reaction to Bad News. As Percy says, "Nothing travels faster." One difference between the campaign and the series is that Bad News was used in the original fight with Sylas. And Percy hit on at least 2 nat-20s from over 400 feet away. Which, by the way, is only a third of it's distance at 1200 feet.

NO! Pike's a well-written character that adds to the world and its history by being there rather than require for all the history to be destroyed or re- written to make her be the most bestest, awesomest there ever was. I'll goouton a limb and say Pike would hate Korra but still try to make her into a better person based on how she acts towards a character who shares most of Korra's key features and character traits: Taryon Darrington "The Entitled."

I pretty much like how this show depicts everything, Percy and his “issues,” the combat and magic, etc. *However* the one thing I don’t like is how they handled the “You know I’m in love with you, right?” scene. What made that scene in the campaign so memorable to me was the tension between Key and Vax beforehand (angry tension, not sexual). Vax had just done something dumb, he was bleeding and wounded, Keyleth was frustrated and chastising him, and he just let the line rip. (I think he followed it up with a kiss, but I can’t exactly recall. It has been *MANY* years since I watched that episode of the campaign.)
