I think the actual nature of the Potter story is a deeper hidden tragedy. Harry was supposed to go into Slytherin & work w/ Snape to prepare to fight Voldemort. Harry's mistaken choice to not go into Slytherin thwarts what would have been his best possible fate. In Slytherine he might have become friends w/ Draco & helped save him from his fate as well. That is why the final realization about Snape is so critical, it shows Harry made a great mistake.

Neville’s grandmother at the very least loved him deep down and was proud of her grandson while Harry’s Aunt and her family hated him for 17 years of his life. Because they died before he did. He gave his protection to everyone still alive. This is something I'm sure Harry beats himself up for, knowing if he had just died a little earlier he could've saved his friends. Sad we didn't really get to know much about what happened after the Battle of Hogwarts.

Harry's character is amazing, and he is my favorite, the king of sass , who does not like fame and attention. Imagine that he is a boy who was emotionally abused throughout his childhood and did not know love and affection from his aunt, and he is surprised that his life is a lie and that he belongs to another world, and when things improve for him, he is surprised that there is a sick killer He wants to kill him every year, and that there is a teacher who is obsessed with his father and conveys his hatred for him and bullies him, and that there is a boy who feels envy of him and makes fun of him whenever possible and the students who hunt his mistakes and make fun of him and keep away from him every year even though he does something outside the line for the public good, And the ministry that slandered him and the wizard world who saw him as a criminal when he was 17 yet he sacrificed his life in order to save everyone because it is the right thing to do *Harry James Potter is the title Courage Don't Tell Me Snape, the boy went through a lot he sufferings and misfortunes in his childhood and all his life and yet he did not succumb to darkness like some drama queens did*

This is a very interesting analysis of the "Hero's Journey". As a games student we talk about this style of story writing a lot and this is proof that it can be very effective in creating a world that the audience can easily engage with and enjoy. Great video.

You end it so well, and really makes me want to cry with how you end it it's just so powerful. I love this because it's like digging deeper into their lives and not just Harry's because that's mostly what Rowling talks about, Harry, but you've uncovered nearly every single character. It blows my mind at how much thought and detail Rowling put into it to make it as real as possible. Love it.
